Chevy Silverado

There's a piece of woodgrain trim on the left side of the center console that looks like it is coming off and different than the right side I was told by the service manager that that is as good as it is going to fit and a new one would fit the same I told him that for what the truck cost that the quality should be better and he said that there are imperfections all over the truck and that's just the way it is and nothing else he could do about it

Just bought our dream car at an amazing price!

We bought a 2018 Corvette from Eriksen Chevrolet cheaper than we were able to find it anywhere else, they always give us rock bottom prices so they are our go to when we are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Did not repair the problem. Most likely paid for something I didn’t need. Have another appointment this coming Tuesday hopefully the problem is properly identified and we re credited for unnecessary work done.

Buyer Beware!

You may consider them for a new car. Service manager is a great guy. However!, That aside, beware of being sold by these guys. I purchased a used vehicle "as is" with the verbal "guarantee" by the sales manager that if I became aware of any problems after I had driven it, within a couple weeks, they would DEFINITELY make it right. I took the bait. I drove the vehicle for 850 highway miles to Colorado where it overheated. I checked the radiator and found that the anitfreeze was gone. I immediately took the vehicle to my mechanic. He performed tests on the cooling system and determined that either the head gasket, one or both heads or the block was cracked(these types of problems usually stem from freezing, not from driving) I contacted Eriksons to give the sales manager the opportunity to work with me on this. I trusted him. And, to make a long unfortunate story short, they(the owner and the sales manager) told me, "you bought it as is, there is nothing we will do for you". I did indeed by it "as is" and at that point realized that I had been "SOLD". I had purchased the vehicle on the misplaced trust in the sales manager. BUYER BEWARE
