Unethical business practice

Purchased 2003 Hyundai Elantra and could not repair as the frame was rusted out and unsafe for the road. The company then wanted to pay me $300 To remove the posts from yelp, twitter and google. Very unethical

We were referred to Jidd Motors and worked with Adam in their out of state department. He helped us find the vehicle we wanted, coordinated the purchase, and managed the delivery. The process was smooth without issue. I canât thank him enough for making a somewhat stressful situation easy and enjoyable. We would definitely work with Adam or the team at Jidd motors again.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we had a truly great experience dealing with Adam from the out of state dept. My boyfriend and I inquired about a 2014 BMW that we saw online. We were put in touch with Adam, and he went over and above answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Adam made sure that we knew everything about the car, not only the positives, but the few negatives as well. You expect a used vehicle to not be perfect, but Adam made sure we knew what to expect. From the start of the process he was very open, and patient. We never felt pushed or pressured. Even though we were spending less the 20k on a car, he treated us like our business was very appreciated. After we purchased the car and took it home, we had a few questions about some of the features, and he was just as eager to help us after the sale as before. It was a great experience all around. Thanks to everyone who assisted us, even if I didn't mention them by name.

A Painless Out of State vehicle purchasing Experience

Jidd motors is the real deal. I worked with Justyna B and Kristina H. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that all of my questions were answered. The BMW M3 that I purchased is everything I had hoped for and more. Was extremely impressed with Kristina and Justyna, their communication was just superb. As an out of state buyer, you can expect a seamless paperwork process and a prompt airport pickup when departing from your gate. Upon arrival to the airport, I was greeted with the keys to my vehicle and a quick test drive. Afterwords, a final signature was required and I was off on the road in my new vehicle within minutes. They certainly value their customers and make sure that they leave happy. If you are considering a vehicle at Jidd motors, follow your gut, you are not making a mistake. Top notch vehicles with great pricing as well as financing options. It was an absolute treat to meet some of the team and work with the Jidd family.

Dishonest staff, all of them

This dealership is dishonest. Plain and simple. They don't quality check cars. - I was sold a Lexus with a huge scratch in the molding. They kept it in the garage most of the time so i didn't see it. Luckily I took pictures and was able to zoom in and prove it was there before I left but they won't give a loaner to repair it. - They didn't even check air pressure in the tires or windshield wipers. I'm supposed to replace those. - I was given only one key fab "one is in the mail". Not happening. The one I did receive had a bad battery after 3 days. When they decided theyâd fix the scratch the other miraculously arrived FexEx the same day. The problem with that lie is the Kexus tracks all mileage on the key fab. It didnât arrive that day. - They try to shove positive reviews so much 3 people gave phones to my 17 year old pressuring her. I finally told them to stop. - The worst part, I explicitly told them not to run my credit more than once. They ran it so many times it dropped my credit score 40 points. I called the credit bureaus and it's up to me to write letters to each inquirer and ask them to remove the inquiries. They promised me they'd have them removed, a month later they said I authorized them to do whatever they wanted when I signed the credit app. Even though I said at least five times not to pull my credit more than once.It didn't matter what I said. Once you sign the form they'll do whatever they want. Do not trust Nick or Justyna. Do yourself a favor and and go to a dealership. This place is a group of what they think are smooth talkers. Oh and $895 to the price advertised. They will not remove their "spa services". If it was possible to give them zero stars I would.

This is by far the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Everyone was friendly and went far and beyond customer services. I was greeted with smiles and I left with a smile. I came in last week looking for an Infiniti Q30 and although I couldn't find what I was looking for since I want something with more features my experience with the sales person Brian was great. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend anyone to come check out the great stock and enjoy a no pressure atmosphere from friendly personnel.

Sales people will promise you the world, but hide when is time to deliver! I purchased Nissan Murano on February 14, 2018. I was promised the second key (the salesman told me that is shipped and they are waiting for it). I called the dealership numerous times the last few weeks and every time they promise that someone will call me back within 24 hours with a delivery day for my key. I went in person and the salesman promise that he will call me to let me know when I will have my second key within 48 hours. No one ever called me back. Now two months later I have to waste my time sharing my experience and filing complaints with BBB and GA of IL and every other institution possible so I can get what I was promised and what I paid for

I did search on internet first, all the info was there, except for the price, after a bad experience with another dealer, I was a little concerned about sharing personal info before knowing at least the price, but I got it through email, it turned out to be only that the vehicle has just arrived so price wasnt ready. I came to see it in person, everything was as posted, the service from Rita, the sales person who attended me was great, she is kind and honest. The person who deals with banks to get the credit did it great also, got me the best deal possible so I ended up buying the car on my first visit!
