Excellent experience

Jon and Michael were awesome. They were patient, helpful and very kind. They know all about Audi and made the experience the best. Most of the employees there even drive Audi's themselves!

Great people!

This is my time purchasing a vehicle and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I went to Palmer Dodge to look for Jeeps and that was hands down the worse experience in my life. I would never recommend anyone get a car from them. ANYONE who is in the market for a used car should go see Greg at Audi North America. Him and his team do a great job walking you through the whole process and you can tell they aren't just trying to make an extra buck off of you. They want to get you in a car that fits what you are looking for and something that you can afford!

The service personnel were friendly and professional. Kay was great. She called and explained the work that needed to be done and quickly set me up with a loaner car. The car is finally running as it should

Outstanding service...

I've been doing business with Audi North Atlanta since '06 and each time I've taken the car in for service it has been seamless. Roy, Joe and the gang in their service department are pros; always a full explanation of what was done to the car and, if there are any additional things to do to the car to make it run better, will always call for approval. You time in and out is usually spot on as long as nothing occurs that is unforeseen. A great group of professionals!

A NIGHTMARE! Look ELSEWHERE for USED PREOWNED Cars

A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! DON’T buy any PRE-OWNED cars from this dealership. I purchased a used BMW 550i with fairly low miles from here and the car had transmission failure warnings and would not go into reverse just days after purchasing it. I took the car to their affiliate Nalley BMW to be diagnosed and they said the car is leaking fluids from five different locations! The repair bill is $6500.00 and this does not include the $8700.00 for the probable transmission replacement. That totals $15,200 in repair costs for a vehicle that cost around 20k! I contacted general manager Paula M . She said that Nalley BMW is exaggerating the leaks on the car and the transmission, although it won’t go into reverse is fine. In short, the reason why Nalley Audi North did not fix the car is because their technicians are not capable! Instead of paying the money to outsource the needed repairs for BMWs, Infiniti,Volvo etc, they push the cars out onto the sales floor, claiming to stand behind some 15-point safety inspection. They knew about all the problems this car had. This is why they lied about telling me that the leaks were there in the first place. As if I would actually buy a car with leaks coming from the engine, transmission, vacuum pump, alternator housing gasket and the upper timing cover. The GM Paula will probably get up here and leave some generic response about how they worked to solve this problem or that they told me about the problems in the first place. ALL LIES! It is as if they are missing the the larger problem. Whether they told me about the leaks or not, why would a reputable dealer be so comfortable selling a customer a car with so many problems? Be patient and look elsewhere, Audi North it is not worth the frustration. They tell too many lies and make too many mistakes. The GM did nothing but dodge my emails and calls. To the point where I had to contact the regional manager Casey C. about the matter. No one wants to take responsibility for selling me this problematic car. Nothing has been done yet.

Outstanding dealer!

I have been an Audi North Atlanta customer for many years, and have purchased eight Audis from them. One reason that I keep coming back is the awesome service experience. I trust Audi North Atlanta to be fair and honest, and always treat me as a valued customer. If parts are needed they are promptly ordered and are usually available the next morning. I highly recommend this dealership's service and sales.

Good business practice

Leaving the the Mitsubushi Roswell dealership after they lured us in with an ad in Autotrader for a car that had 'just sold' and another that clearly just did not exist, I could not have been happier with the experience at Audi North Atlanta. The sales representative Ethan B and his Manager Debbie G clearly strive to represent a new generation of Auto Dealer that value integrity and long term partnership over the short term wins at the cost of both. I will refer without hesitation and could not be happier with the decision to stop by.

Awesome service

I purchased an Audi q5 in 2010. It has been in for routine service as well as for some issues with my tires (caused by foreign objects). Every time I have dropped it off I have been offered the opportunity to wait or get a loner car. My tires were at o e point back ordered and I was notified immediately of the situation and offered another tire or said I could wait and keep the loaner car until they could get my tires. They kept me updated and did everything possible to get my tires as soon as possible. They are the best service department I have ever had to deal with. I would definitely not only recommend the service department but I would also recommend the dealership. They are very easy to deal with and were willing to locate the car I wanted if they did not have it on the lot. I cannot say enough good things about them.

excellent experience

This was my first experience with an Audi dealership and it is every thing you would expect from a luxury car dealer. The staff are exceptionally courteous, very customer focused and knowledgeable. I've had my CPO A5 for a couple months now and I still get a thrill every time I get in the car! It was delivered in spotless condition and is still perfect. It is trimmed out with every conceivable luxury I could want and need. I love the bluetooth functionality for my phone, the nav system and the cd player that also functions as a dvd player. This car is a dream! If visiting, I would highly recommend my sales guy, Gregg Savitt. Very informative and the furthest thing from a "used car salesperson"you could find - not pushy and was confident enough to happily let me go test drive BMW's and Jag's. He knew everything about the car and it's functions and is by far the very best person I have dealt with when buying a car. Oh, and I got a GREAT deal on my car! The dealership could have stood to have a larger selection of CPO cars.
