Love this place
Great team work.... I have preferred Audi to North Atlanta mainly due to their high degree of professionalism and customer care. The sales team is excellent , special thanks to Tre and Steve for their patience and great service even in late hours and on holidays. They helped me all along and were with me until I drove car out of show room.
Not a luxury experience
I purchased a used Audi A6 from Audi North Atlanta. I called and made an offer over the phone on the A6 that I found online. When we agreed to a price, they took my credit card number to remove the car from the market and hold it. We agreed that I would pick up and purchase the car 4 days later on a Saturday. My insurance information was sent to them 2 days before I was scheduled to pick up the car. There was no financing involved; it was a cash deal. When I arrived at the appointed time on Saturday, none of the paperwork was ready and the car had not been cleaned. It took an unbelievable 2 1/2 disorganized hours to complete the paperwork and get the car cleaned for a purchase they knew about 4 days in advance. It is not as if I spent the entire time filling out and signing documents. I mostly sat alone at a desk and every ten or twenty minutes, an agent would appear, have me sign a paper, and then disappear again. It seemed to be the first car they had ever sold. After 2 1/2 hours one would expect that Audi would have obtained all necessary information but not so; they actually called a week later requesting a faxed copy of my spouse's driver's license which they stated they needed to process the title although the car is not being titled in my spouse's name. Audi may claim to be a luxury brand but this was not a luxury experience. I would recommend going anywhere but Audi of North Atlanta. The car should have been clean and the paperwork completed prior to my arrival. This is the most inept dealership with which I have ever done business.
Terrible experience purchasing Audi R8
From the beginning they were taking an extremely long time completing the sale, and wanted me to stay into the night for them to complete paperwork even though I had prior arrangements. They tried to lie and say another person was buying the car if I didn't finish it immediately, whatever. Then they sold me a car advertised as having two keys, and only gave one. Then they sold me a warranty for the glass they assured I could cancel, which ended up being a warranty for the paint. Only problem? The car wasn't painted, it had vinyl wrap over it so they couldn't even physically apply the product for the warranty. Then I cancelled all warranties, and got confirmation from Marlon Hunt that all warranties were cancelled. However, they only cancelled two of the cheapest warranties. I called the warranty company around December, they confirmed that only two were cancelled. In addition, they confirmed they had paid the dealer but I didn't get the money back for one of the warranties until February. I asked the manager for a low 1.5K for the valet key, and some other issues that they did not describe properly in their inspection on a 100K~ total deal and he was completely unreasonable and unhelpful. By the way, do NOT trust their inspections. They didn't find something obviously, and then when I had gotten back home with the car I found out that their mechanics had left off the exhaust clamps from the exhaust! They had forgotten to just screw them back on, so that's another $200~ in parts and $500~ in labor to put them back on properly. Even their own employees dread them. The manager lied to my sales person saying that I would not purchase the car if they couldn't pick me up and drive me there to close before noon or something weird, so the sales numbers look good since I bought this on the 31st. I had no problem going myself, I just didn't have a ride until something like 2PM and was in no rush to close the deal. Everything could have been avoided had they had a competent management team that didn't consist of Neal Davis. I'm sure all the problems boil down to poor management to make a couple bucks, as the employees were probably forced to work in a toxic environment. All they had to do was do a proper inspection, and give me the second key they advertised, and maybe not sell a non-refundable 1K~ warranty for paint protection when they can't even apply it to the paint. Then they continued to be rude and unhelpful as well as straight up deceitful when cancelling warranties. Completely ignoring e-mails and calls to cancel warranties, I guess that's a method of customer retention? Make it physically impossible to cancel the products and ignore the contracts. Go with a better Audi dealership if you're purchasing an Audi R8 - it shouldn't be hard to find one. If their service is this bad selling their top car I can't imagine how much they screw over smaller customers.
Deceptive business Practices!
Great customer service from front staff. Roy did a great job. More then he was responsible for, but this company's business practices are deceptive and dishonest. I was told they'd only do the work that concerned my warranty. They charged me for other services I did not ask for and held my car against my will when I disputed the extra financial fees. They will lie to you about how much you will end up paying. Once they get your car they do stuff without asking your permission then they charge you for it against your wil. I will be suing.
Purchased a certified A-6
I purchased a certified A-6 from this dealership about two weeks ago. I requested the dealer to call me from their website and within 5 minutes I received a call from their manager. I explained what I was looking for and the manager stated that he had one in stock that matched my preferences. I agreed to meet onsite that afternoon and met the sales person who assisted me all the way through the purchase. This was a no pressure purchase of a car! I had a test drive, stated I wanted to think about it and wasn't pressured to buy the car on the spot. I thought about the car for a couple days, called the dealership back and came to an agreement. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process and the professionalism of the salespeople.
Honda buying experience
I bought a new $75k SUV (Q7 TDI Prestige S-line)...I negotiated a fantastic price ($65k) and trade value for my existing car. Everything went downhill from there. After the deal was set and paperwork was being completed, I was told by my salesperson, "The used car manager 'over-allowed' on your trade thinking we'd make up for it on the vehicle sale, but there's no profit on the sale. Instead of $38,500, the trade allowance will be $38,000." I remember a time when the better negotiator won...not so at Audi North Atlanta aka: Nalley Audi I didnt make a deal of it, but it was disappointing. I asked my sales person about the cost / benefit of a tow package from factory vs installed aftermarket. I advised I was asking, b/c there was a vehicle identical to the one I intended to buy that also had a tow package for $500 more. All I needed the hitch for was a bike rack. He replied, "Do it aftermarket, you'll save several hundred dollars." I took his advice. Turns-out, there's quite a bit to installing the trailer hitch on a Prestige package Q7 w/adaptive air suspension & parking sensors. It requires some electronics in order to integrate with the systems and prevent warning lights, etc. I learned all this after purchase and ended-up having to get the complete tow package installed...The cost of $1,500. Frustrating, since for $500, I could've had the exact same car with a tow package already installed. I wouldve typically researched this, but I was trying to help them complete the deal by the end of the month and trusted my salesmans knowledge of the vehicle. Hed been selling cars at that dealership for 2 years. I also mentioned that I preferred to have the front grill without license plate holder. I was told the grill could be swapped-out for a few hundred dollars. Turns out that with the adaptive cruise control and parking sensors, that "swap-out" is more like $1,200. Frustrating as the aforementioned model with tow package also had front grill w/o license plate holder and for only $500 more. Wouldnt it makes sense for a salesperson to give me better info with which to make an informed decision? Every sales consultant pitches that its their goal to give car buyers all the information required to make an informed purchase decision, yet that definitely did NOT happen at Audi North Atlanta / Nalley Audi. Also, when I told them that I had financing through my credit union, they advised that $1,500 of the discount was contingent upon me using Audi Financial - first I'd heard of that, and I told the Manager as much. She insisted that it was told to me earlier. Still don't remember that conversation...I went through the paces and Audi Fin came back with 2.99%, but Credit Unions were offering financing as low as 1.99%. 6-one / half-dozen the other. I didn't go with Audi Fin... Vehicle delivery was lack luster. I got neither a final handshake nor a "thank you for your business" from the new car manager. When I got into my new vehicle, it was sitting in the July afternoon sun without the engine (or AC) running. I intended to share my experience during the post-sale customer satisfaction call that I was certain would be coming. It's been 4 weeks; that call hasn't come... I called Audi Customer Service using the number in the welcome packet and shared my experience. The agent was shocked and said she'd have someone from the dealership call me. I replied that I had no interest in a call, b/c they are all professionals and my experience wasn't an oversight or lack of training. It was intentional. My opinion - they lost interest in customer service when there wasn't sufficient profit. Reminds me of a child who takes his ball and goes home when he's not winning. At the customer service persons continued urging, I agreed to accept a call from the GM. Ill skip the details, but the call wasnt worth the time. It started with her introducing and asking What can I do for you? My unspoken answer was absolutely nothing I purchased 100k warranty and the 50k service plan Im set. During the 5 min phone call, she agreed to several missteps by her staff, but offered nothing more than a half-hearted apology. As if to say Were Audi we can afford to lose a customer or two. It seems the dealership is a representation of the GM Disappointing. Less than 2 yrs ago (Halloween of 2013), I bought a $75k BMW 550i from Global Imports. That too was a deal that left little to no profit for the dealership. Even so, it was an exemplary car buying experience. Once the negotiations were finalized, the salesman and management made me feel cherished as a customer. It was like I was joining an exclusive club of Global Imports customers. I fully expected the same level of service from Audi. It was a truly disappointing experience. So, my advice is this. If you're like me and want a great deal on an Audi, negotiate with Nalley Audi / Audi North Atlanta to get the price you want, and then seek that same price and a much better car buying experience at another Audi dealership.
Serviced by the Owner
Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating, but if Chris Askew was not introduced as a salesman, I would have thought I was being serviced by one of Audi's top execs. Chris was exceptional in his service! He asked questions relevant to my needs and made suggestions based off our conversation. Chris seemed more concerned with whether I made a purchase that suited my needs as opposed to breaking my pockets to meet some goal. After my magical encounter with Chris, my day became more fulfilled in meeting Mr. Hunt in the finance department. He took his time in finding me reasonable and affordable deal and left me with financial gems to reflect over.
Great purchasing experience
Jon Bush and the entire staff were great to work with on a busy Saturday. Very knowledgable and I walked away confident in my purchase.
Audi North Atlanta Sales Review
We purchased a 2006 Audi A4 and then a 2013 A4 from this dealer. They know their product extremely well and represent it accurately and professionally. They are a true service organization who continues to treat you as being important throughout the life of your car.
Service Review for Audi A4s
Bought a 2006 Audi A4 and then a 2013 A4 from this dealer. I use them for all of my service work and find them to always be professional, courteous and fair. The work gets done as promised and on time and it is done right the first time. I highly recommend them.
Symetri Harlow - Rockstar Sales
If you are in the market to buy an Audi, please make sure you give Symetri a call. 100% customer service. I used an independent online website to get an online quote and soon enough received a call from Symetri from Audi North Atlanta. Right from the word go, I warned her that I was not an easy customer and that she'd have to work real hard to ensure all my requirements were being met. She convinced me she was the right person for the job and requested that I come in to see her. She took down my requirements, we test drove a couple of cars and then she worked with me on a price and closing the deal. The follow through service Symetri provides is outstanding. If you are in the market for an Audi, then I would recommend that you go talk to her. You wont be disappointed.
First things first: my experience with Audi North Atlanta was really, really positive. I'm from Houston, Texas. I found Audi North Atlanta when searching for a specific vehicle online. The color combination I sought was unavailable for immediate purchase in Houston; my sister, also from Houston, purchased her Audi in Atlanta for the same reason. Cornelius H. "Neal" D. was my salesman, and a huge part of my positive experience: -- He responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and all subsequent emails. -- His asking price was significantly less than Audi Central Houston's asking price for the same car. I find the whole "negotiation" business really distasteful, so I was grateful to be able to sidestep that bit. -- He was efficient, knowledgable, direct, and consistent, and he was an excellent intermediary with the financial department. -- He was equal parts funny, friendly, and professional. No small feat. Matt F. arranged a combination wire transfer / finance loan for me. It was painless, and the interest rate that he secured for me was excellent. Dino was contracted to deliver the car to me in Houston. He delivered the car in perfect condition to the location of my choosing at the time he promised to do so. I would absolutely return to this dealership for my next Audi. I would also encourage anyone (anywhere) who's in the market for one to contact Neal at Audi North Atlanta before buying elsewhere. Very happy :)
I was a fool
Don't let the nice personalities fool you. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I let myself go against my better judgement. Here is the e-mail sent to the dealership. I just started doing research on my purchase of the 2014 Audi A6 from your dealership. I told your sales rep that I did not want to complete the transaction Friday night but I was pushed through anyway. I told you I could get 2.34% from Bank of America. With a 797 credit score you assured me that the very best you get for 60 months through Audi Financial Services was 2.4%. I now see that Audi has 1.9% for 60 months through July 2014. The difference over 60 months is $447, but it is about more than that. You outright lied to me to make more money for your dealership. I was stupid and signed the agreement against my better judgment so now I'm screwed. I can assure you that I will never buy a car from your dealership again. I will also being posting this review on every social media website and dealer rating service. I will send it to the GM and sales rep as well because I'm sure he was complicit in all of this. What a shady way to do business. Thanks for welcoming me to Audi from Mercedes with such class. I am copying the table for your reference as seen on Edmunds.com 5/10/2014. Special APR Requirements and Restrictions: Vehicle must be financed through Audi Financial Services. Special APR Month Term Start End 1.9% 12 04/02/2014 07/01/2014 1.9% 48 04/02/2014 07/01/2014 1.9% 60 04/02/2014 07/01/2014 1.9% 66 04/02/2014 07/01/2014 2.4% 72 04/02/2014 07/01/2014
I always receive top notch service at Audi of North Atlanta when taking my car in for service. The service staff is always professional and take their time out to explain your options. Thank you for everything you do. Look forward to seeing you at the next service in the new location.
Great service for my A8
I always get great service from the staff. Joey especially is very friendly and professional. He communicated with me through the entire process and recommended the right choices for my car. Also the results from my detail was fantastic.
Most enjoyable car purchase experience i have ever had
The sales associate and finance team went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. Not once did I not not have all the information I needed to make my decision and then finalize the deal....Thanks AUDI!!
Great Service.. took half the time they quoted
I went in to get a new key programmed for my recently purchased 2011 A4. They let me know my ignition coil packs were on recall, and they would do them as well while programming. They said it would take 2 hours, but they shuttled me to lunch and back. When I returned from lunch the acr was done in about an hour. Great Service, friendly people.
I've always gone back to them to service my s5. Even though its a long drive for me I knew they would do a great job every time. The staff is always on top of things. They are out right when you pull in. I recommended others in the past for their service. Keep up the good job.
Excellent car buying experience
Very knowledgeable staff with outstanding customer service skills. Smooth and easy car buying experience.
Jon and Michael were awesome. They were patient, helpful and very kind. They know all about Audi and made the experience the best. Most of the employees there even drive Audi's themselves!
This is my time purchasing a vehicle and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I went to Palmer Dodge to look for Jeeps and that was hands down the worse experience in my life. I would never recommend anyone get a car from them. ANYONE who is in the market for a used car should go see Greg at Audi North America. Him and his team do a great job walking you through the whole process and you can tell they aren't just trying to make an extra buck off of you. They want to get you in a car that fits what you are looking for and something that you can afford!
