Clay the Service Adviser was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to me and my vehicle’s service needs. The waiting area was neat and clean as well as the bathroom. Waiting time was a minimum.

Dropped the car off on Thursday for several services, one of which “was fixed” twice and I’m still having issues; only to be told the service person for the job only works during the week. This was not communicated prior to dropping the car off, so the car was not completely serviced.

I always get my oil changed here abs recently I had to have my water pump replaced and my air intake system repaired. They got my car in and repaired quickly. Kept me in the loop and git in and out quickly with both repairs.

New Acadia purchase

This was the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Colonial. The 21 Acadia we purchased for my wife was what she was looking for. Jerry Johnson our salesman and Brian Milewski the finance person were very professional with this deal. I would recommend Colonial to anyone looking for a GMC or Buick.
