Watchem

Eddie is horrible!!! - and he is a leader that utilizes fast talking, over talking and discounting to warm twist deals BEWARE. . Steve the GM enables his bad behavior by not holding him accountable for his actions. Leaders should apologize for themselves if they wrong a customer. Eddie went completely off on me in the main lobby of the dealership. He is an old school salesman with old school deal shuffle games - where’s is where’s it oh no here it is. Watch him or better yet steer clear from this dealership. I left didn’t do the deal got a rock in the windshield on the way home and rather then have Eddie apologize and absorb the windshield Steve wanted me to do the deal and pay for the windshield that wouldn’t have been cracked if Eddie hadn’t of went completely off on me in the lobby. Needless to say didn’t buy and I called the register agent for the corporation to further pursue a remedy.

Dan Head

Started with a new salesman who didn't know much at all about the job but the team at shottenkirk stepped in and got the job done. I was pleasantly surprised with their knowledge and lack of "bs". This the second vehicle i have bought from them and I see many more in the future.

I had just purchased a 2015 Ford Focus SE October 2015.After the 3rd pmt I had a lady hit and total my new car. I was so upset however, when I went into my ford dealer which we have purchased 4 new vehicles from they were amazing. I will never go any where else. The only thing I am not pleased with is my new 2016 does not have the auto start button and I live in the mountains so on those cold icy freezing days I really needed that. They did give me the name of a person that could do it for me for $330 which I do not have because of the wreck and .... just life.

2016 Ford Escape

We are very happy with our 2016 Ford Escape. Our salesman was very helpful and accommodating in assisting us with finding the vehicle we were happy with and would fit our budget. We did have to wait a long time to get the paperwork completed, but overall it was an enjoyable experience.

The whole process was very simple, it was handled very well by all that I came in contact with. However, there was one area that I made a special request about. The area was on my sticker for the next oil change you put down my mileage when I came in this time and not mileage for the next oil change... I dont care about the past I want to know about the future.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service experience

Being a life long,proud Ford owner. I would like advise any and all who may choose to have their vehicles serviced at this dealership.I have now had 2 encounters with this lazy non communicative unprofessional staff in the service department (Kathy&Tim).My first experience was with an appointment for a oil change,that resulted in my interior looking like someone had wiped down my dash with a grease rag, and taking one and a half days to complete. My 2nd experience by no means we're any better. 5 days just to get a simple diagnostics for a check engine light on the dash. No follow up phone calls from service department. One can only assume that they lack of professionalism in this department may reflect the sales department for this dealership as a whole. Very dissatisfied and disappointed will not return do this dealership for any service or sales if my life depended on it.

Poor Service Department

When I purchased a used car from them I pointed out 1 problem and 1 probable problem. When I picked up the car 5 days later NEITHER problem was corrected. The probable problem became a major problem. The now have the car back and are fixing the problems (hopefully)
