Executive Manager Honastasia

by Richard F on 04/18/2023

Anna or Honastasia is the absolute worst Executive Manager ever. This is one person who will avoid doing her job. I have called over 15 times and she refuses to take my calls. She makes her employees give no reason why she wont take my calls or return my calls. She makes the company look like a complete joke. I feel bad for the agents who work under her and having to deal with bad management. This is why you have good agents leave the job. My case number is 2-37491362803.

Worth the drive!

by Doogie1 on 07/06/2018

I drove to RBM Atlanta from Baltimore to purchase a 2016 Audi A7 they had recently taken in as a trade-in. This was a long distance to be sure, but it was worth the drive. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my sales consultant Paul Stith. He was truly professional and a pleasure to work with. He worked hard to answer all my questions providing the information, photos and videos to allay my concerns. This was a fully transparent and fair negotiation and I couldn’t be more pleased with the deal on the A7 and the price I received for my A6 trade-in. Total transaction from signing documents to taking procession of new keys took just under 2 hours, allowing me an early start on the return drive up north. This was a first class operation and I highly recommend RBM Atlanta without hesitation.

Worst experience ever!!!

by CharlySoman on 04/26/2017

This is my second review about RBM of Atlanta, yes it is a downfall from 5 stars to 1 star, if there is an option to put zero I will do that. We had a repair/replace service to fix the front grill of my car. But immediately after the maintenance front park light stopped working. As soon as it was noticed I took my car back to them, but the service advisor claims that bulbs can go out any time and it is not related to the maintenance they did without even checking if replacing bulb could fix it. We tried to replace the bulb the same day itself as expected it did not work. They have messed up the wiring inside and not ready even ready to take responsibility of that. I have been a regular customer since 2012 and visited the place at least 10 times even for smallest of smallest issues, driving 3 hours back and forth at the expense of half a tank of gas to feed their ripped off charges. Will never ever go any way near RBM of Atlanta, their ratings have definitely fallen over the years, stay away from this place!!!

Service Fraud

by sciacca on 11/15/2011

I took my Mercedes in for an alignment. They told me before they can perform an alignment they have to repair the bearings. Total cost $850. I took it to an independent Mercedes repair shop for a second opinion and all it needed was air in the front right tire. Basically RBM wanted to charge me $850 to fill up a tire. As an attorney, this is nothing but pure fraud!!

Worst Merc Dealer in ATL by FAR!!!!!!

by jckidd2 on 12/09/2010

I have owned multiple Mercedes and recently moved to Sandy Springs causing me to begin using RBM of Atlanta. On a weekend trip to Florida I purchased a beautiful '78 450 SL that I had shipped up to Atlanta. I called RBM ahead of time and arranged to have my car dropped off as I was planning to use them to restore the car. While it was being taken down from the truck the service manager came over and told us that we had to get off his lot for some type of safety reasons. I would assume they unload automobiles from transport vehicles there daily, but apparently our truck presented a concern despite being a virtually new closed transport truck. I pleaded with him about how I was a Mercedes owner and that I was planning to have them work on the car, but he did not care. Because of this I was forced to pay another $200 for a second drop off. As someone who appreciates both new and classic Mercedes I was shocked at the level of inconsideration and rudeness shown to me by the service staff at RBM. I have since begun taking my SL to European Motors in Sandy Springs and they have been courteous, honest and polite. Three things RBM does not understand. Not to mention my new GLK was purchased from Atlanta Classic Cars. If my car was on fire in front of this dealership I would prefer to let it burn. If it is not too much of an inconvenience I would take your car to Mercedes of Buckhead or Atlanta Classic.
