I found a vehicle on autotrader there and contacted Nichelle for a test drive. So I get there and the car looked awful. Wheels were curbed, there were scratches all over the vehicle and the motor looked awful. So I test drove it with Nichelle and came back to talk to the Sales manager about the issues it had and he tells me that nothing is major and tries to make me look stupid. If you think nothing was major wrong with it and it was all easy fixes they why didn't you fix all the issues before you put it on the lot for 16000. Nichelle was a great person and needs to find a better place to work for.

My experience is honestly the worst I have experienced. My deal should have been very easy. I went to the dealership and selected a vehicle I liked. There were 2 issues that we discussed with the salesman (AJ). He agreed to fix those at my house after we closed the deal. We even put it in writing. One small item that we discussed was related to the one of the tires pressure. AJ confirmed he checked it out and just needed air. When I got home the tire was flat. I called up AJ and he said it was probably just a small issue and just to add more air. Long story short it ended up being a bent rim. I requested that they send me a replacement wheel when the technician comes out to do the other 2 items. They refused to do that and said I had to come out to do. They then said that they would not come out to my house and do the other 2 item even though we had it in writing. I escalated up through the manager and GM. Woody and Jason. Long story short I had to return the vehicle do to breach of contract. Long story short they will promise the world, but when it comes to executing they do not live up to their commitment. I did some investigation after the fact and they have a history of poor customer service. Check out BBB, Cargurus, Yelp, etc... Buyer Beware
