AMAZING SERVICE BEYOND MY EXPECTATION !

Greg Benefield and the Schumacher team have been AMAZING to me. They actually care about Customers and Customer Service, They are not just out to make money like most other Dealership Service I have experienced. Schumacher took care of my car SO swiftly with incredible expertise for a VERY complicated repair that no other service department or company or dealership could even do!!...even though my VW was no longer under warranty. WHY did they do this for me!!?? Simply because they CARED about me as a customer. I am still trying to understand how I got so lucky!! Their team even checked for recall repairs via my phone number/ VIN without my asking!! They replaced parts & did those repairs simultaneously TOO which addressed some other problems I was having with my car. Now my car runs PERFECTLY & looks SO flawless!!! I feel blessed & I am so BEYOND GRATEFUL that a company such as Schumacher exists & was there for me. If you need amazing service & great customer care.. DO yourself a favor & call Greg B! He honestly cares. He will set you up with one of his service experts & you will be treated amazingly. Just a note FYI... Tire replacmwmt

I needed a tire replaced and it was ordered due to not having it in stock it came in pretty quickly and I was in and out in an hour. My sales rep would keep me updated on the work and time it would be completed. I was vey happy with the level of service

Wish I lived closer

While on vacation in West Palm Beach, my tire pressure warning light came on. I made an appointment with the Schumacher Volkswagen West Palm service center to get it checked out. While I was there, they noticed that my coolant pump had been recalled and they replaced the part at no charge. A good experience all around; thanks, Schumacher Volkswagen West Palm!

Vincent Iorio my service advisor was/is amazing. I appreciated his attentiveness and patience. I've been told I'm a "picky" but really I have a high standard and expectation for customer service and Vincent met better yet exceeded my expectations. Vincent is knowledgeable and solution driven/focused in his approach to customer service. He is communicative and kept me informed regarding the status and needed repairs for my vehicle. Schumacher VW- overall not bad

I dealt with Drew Swaby when I brought my '06 Passat in for diagnostics for a low oil pressure warning which displays on occasion. I had the oil pump replaced twice in CT over the summer of 2015, once under warranty. I drove the car to FL in Sept and it ran fine. The day after I arrived in FL the warning started to display again, so I looked for a VW dealership in my area. Drew is a very pleasant, professional service advisor. He set me up with a '15 Passat loaner vehicle. Overall my Passat was at Schumacher's for just about 3 weeks, which I thought was a bit long but hey, I had a great loaner. After all was said and done, Drew had me speak with the technician(Mike?) that did the diagnosis. Mike said the oil pressure sensor was good and most everything checked out okay and he believed the warning is caused by worn cam and crankshaft bearings and said he could get into the labor intensive process of tearing the engine apart to 'see' if that is the cause, but then recommended that a new engine is the best bet. Well, that's not happening, not spending thousands for an engine when the car is worth about the same as a new engine with labor. I did ask Mike to drop the oil pan to see if there was any debris (original cause during summer was a broken balance shaft). He did as I asked and all was clean. I decided to just pick up the car and hope for the best. Due to concern that the issue may happen again and I don't want to break down, I decided to buy a vehicle. Ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned 2013 Subaru Cross Trek - from Schumacher Subaru! Anyway, back to Drew. I picked up my VW, was charged the $139 diagnosis fee as agreed upon, and hey, not bad after having a loaner for 3 weeks! Well, guess what? Yes, we bought a vehicle, but also kept the Passat for local trips to the store etc, even to West Palm Airport - and we haven't had one more low oil pressure warning! So now I'm not sure if it was just a fluke. After all is said and done, I think Schumacher is a good dealership and I think Drew is very good at his job. I do think being such a big dealership that they may need more help in the service advisor/tech positions as dropping a car off for diagnostics and waiting 3 weeks is a bit long, not a complaint, but had they not provided a loaner I would have really been ticked off!
