I want to take the opportunity to give a special thanks to Napleton of Sanford, Specially Andrew and Jeff, These men were supportive helpful and professional from beginning to end, the process of buying a car can be overwhelming and lenthy, but the Napleton team made sure all went as smoothly as possible, I had read the reviews first but skeptical of what I may encounter, but they met our expectations, they were very informative and transparent, no beating around the bush, even our kids acknowledge the level of engagement and could not stop saying how nice they all seem in Napleton of Sanford, Im sure many would say because they are trying to sell you a car, but I beg the differ, Andrew and Jeff were very attentive and responded timely even prior to via email and phone, In my experience they seemed more interested in making sure I was pleased, happy and comfortable with my decision than pushing a sale, I am confident we all have to work and make money to feed our families and in this case I have to admit, they earned it, well deserved. To those who may wonder if this is just perhabs an employee or family of Napleton staff writting this, I assure you I am not, My intentions are to share my true experience as it was just what car buying experience should be, I believe no good deed should go unoticed, and I hope and pray many can have the same experience. After weeks of searching we finally found the 2021 Atlas color combo we had been looking for! Stan at Napleton VW was extremely professional and was able to offer us the best leasing options for the new Atlas! He even offered to have the vehicle delivered right to our door the very next day! Drew delivered the car, had all the paperwork to sign and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle while giving us a thorough walk through! We would definitely recommend to anyone, especially our friends and family who are in the market a new VW! 5 Stars! 100%! ++A!

I went to the dealership today to get an appointment to get a light bulb changed. The gentleman in the service department offered to get me in soon if I wanted to wait. At the completion of the service when the coupon I received in the mail was giving him a problem he graciously with no excuse or further discussion gave me an unexpected Christmas gift. Love this dealership always so kind, efficient and the customer service is above and beyond each time I go there! I look forward to a continued working relationship I am so grateful that each and every visit is a stress free positive experience! A heartfelt thank you!

The dealership was a 2 hour drive and despite having choices closer to me, I trusted the initial interaction with sales and drove to test drive the vehicle. From customer service (Stacy), sales (Miguel), finance (Marlon) and managers (Julio, Eric) everyone exceeded my expectations. I was happy with just purchasing an almost new vehicle, certified and detailed, accident-free. Their efforts in explaining every detail about the vehicle, manufacturing, assembling, features, safety ratings and most importantly warranty just made it a memorable experience. On top of that, the finance manager beat the initial payment estimate by over 10%. What that meant to us was savings of over $3,500 for the lifetime of the loan. Let me just share that the vehicle price was already beating competition within a 250-mile range search, given year, model, mileage and options. Now I don’t know where you usually shop for cars, but in my past 7 purchases across Florida dealers nobody could come close to this experience. And I would gladly drive 3 times the commute for such a pleasant transaction. I was driving my 2019 VW Passat Wolfsburg TDI within 2 hours from visiting. I will certainly be back and make sure my kids come back for their first car too. Thank you

Really great service here at Napleton’s Sanford store. I go to the Orlando store too as Napleton really takes care of their customers. The waiting area is really nice and they have WiFi and refreshments and cable tv. The biggest thing is their pricing for service. I have not found better pricing for my vehicle anywhere else, and if you do find a better price they will price match plus some. When coming to the Sanford store I would recommend asking for Danielle, she is truly the best. Her service manager is very helpful too and he makes sure all of your needs have been met and will do anything to make sure your experience is pleasant.

Excellent Service!!! I am a very happy customer this far. Tom was my sales man. Ysued (sorry if mispelled)was the finance man. My mother and I were warmly greeted by Tom. I briefly explained I'd already left 2 other competitor dealers, was frustrated and ready to make it happen. He listened to what my needs were and excelled with making it happen in about an hour including test drive and thorough explanations. Thank you!!
