Best Car Purchase Ever!

I have gone to AutoNation Acura Sanford, FL for years to service my vehicles. Jeffery Morton is amazing and has always taken very good care of my car and provided the absolute best customer service. Last month I took my 2020 RDX in for regular service but I really wanted to upgrade to the 2023 for the benefit of newer/more features so Jeffrey introduced me to the salesman, Fettah Yaaqoubi. I explained to him that this was a want and not a need. He was very detailed when answering my questions and informing me about the 2023 vehicle I was looking at. He listened to all of what I wanted and then he made the deal happen for me. I felt it was an honest and fair deal to both the dealership and myself. Lastly the Finance Manager, Tom Fabianski handled the paperwork for the trade in of my vehicle/sale of the new 2023 RDX. I had explained to them that I needed to leave the dealership by a certain time to get my son to his Dojo on time. Tom made sure to fully explain each part of the paperwork and at the same time he didn't waste any time moving through all the documents that needed to be covered. I can't say enough good about my experience last month. I bought my car from start to finish in 3 hours which included the test drive. Jeffrey, Fettah and Tom were absolutely amazing.

Superior Sales Experience End to End

I was researching cars for my daughter and we finally settled on the Integra. It was getting close to her move in date so I was becoming a bit stressed. I inquired about a lease deal noted on Edmunds and Castro reached out to me straight away. He answered all my questions and we did everting on line and over the phone so the next day all I had to do wa Spock up the car. The financing guy Kyle was awesome too!

Very poor experience.

Very poor service during and after the sale. Negotiated the entire deal via phone/email prior to going to dealership to sign papers and take delivery. Explained prior that my wife is ill and wanted minimal time at dealership. We were there over 3 hours, for no reason. Dealership was not busy. We had a very poor explanation of vehicle and it operation/features. We had to watch othe dealerships videos on delivery after we got home. Vehicle was not properly prepared for delivery. Engine component filthy and full of leaves/debris. No fluid in windshield washer, sunroof glass filthy. This is a NEW $65k vehicle. No follow up after we purchased. I called a few days later and spoke with person in charge of. customer experience,explaining our very poor dealership experience. I was assured I would get a return call from mngt. That was over a week ago and nothing. We bought our daughter a new car the following week from a different dealership and the experience was excellent compared to our experience at Autonation Acura of North Orlando. We have shared our experience with others and will continue to do so.
