Excellent experience buying an Evoque

We purchased a Range Rover Evoque for my daughter. She is over the moon! Bernard Abou- Jaoude, at Land Rover of North Dade went above and beyond through every step of our buying process. We arrived at the dealership around 4pm and left with her new car around 9pm! So efficient! Would definitely recommend Bernard if you're looking for a Land Rover! A+++++

I purchased a new Range Rover Sport. Juan Hincapie was excellent. This was actually me second new vehicle with Land Rover and I decided to go back because Juan's customer service skills are excellent. Juan does what ever it takes to make his customers happy. I will recommend him to everyone. If you are looking for someone that is committed to you even after your purchase Juan Hincapie is the MAN !

We had the best overall experience buying our first Land Rover. Julio Blanco is the best salesperson in the world. Julio went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife on her birthday with the car that she wanted. He was very knowledgeable of all the features in the car and made us feel like we knew each other from before. We wait 6 months for the big Baby but it was woth it. Thomas Moore had it ready for delivery and it took less than hour to finish the complete transaction. The only thing they need to improve is the Cuban Coffee. Thanks!

Traded in 2013 evogue for a 2016 discovery. I was not happy with the discovery Danny P sales manager help me exchange it for a 2016 evogue and I am so happy he and Raj and Thomas Moore were wonderful. They made sure I was happy with my purchase.

With the internet it is not difficult to be an educated buyer. I knew which car I wanted and what I expected to pay. And yet I went to two other dealerships before I met someone I wanted to buy a car from. This changed when I met Jorge Pacheco at Land Rover North Dade. Professional, honest and a smile. It is not the nearest dealership to my house but I wont go anywhere else.

I'm new to the Miami area and needed my LR 4 serviced on 2 separate occasions for two separate, unrelated issues. (I did not purchase either of my vehicles in Fla. But was still given service as if I was a long time customer) Aaron Vasquez helped me both times and was very helpful and quick to get my issues rectified. I will now go directly to Aaron any time my husband or I need our vehicles serviced. He was professional and friendly and got it all taken care of.

Breach of contract based on unverifiable assumption

On January 29th, 2014, I went to Land Rover North Dade and met with the Sales Associate Mr. William (Bill) S for the 2014 Range Rover Sport. After a brief test drive, I decided to place an order and was quoted a lead time of approximately 7 months. Throughout the time, I have constantly followed up with Bill to ensure the vehicle would arrive as scheduled. Bill confirmed to me that everything was in order and no delay was anticipated. Two weeks before the scheduled arrival of the vehicle, I received a call from Bill that the car had arrived. As I was out of town on a business trip, I informed Bill that I would have someone to arrange the payment of the vehicle in my absence. I did not hear from Bill ever sine and assumed that everything was fine. Few days later after I had returned home, I was very surprised to learn that the vehicle I had ordered over 6 months ago was sold to someone else without my consent. When I questioned Bill, I was told that his General Manager, Danny P, decided to sell it as he believed I would export the car abroad, and the dealership had absolutely no evidence that I had ever planned to export the car. Both Bill and Danny have never admitted their mistake to these days and they did not show any interest to rectify the situation, other than asking me to place another order and wait for other 6 months. I sent a complaint to Mr. Warren Henry Z, CEO of the Warren Henry Auto Group, who has never replied to me, but instead, he asked Danny P to called me with no resolution. I have also contacted the corporate office of Land Rover and was told since I did not have the actual VIN number on the order form, my order was not valid. However, I asked the rep how would the dealer to put a VIN on the order form, when the car has not even been produced yet, the rep could not give me a satisfactory response and simply said there was nothing else they could do, as each dealer is independently. This is hands-down the worst experience in retail I ever had!!

I just purchased a new 2014 Range Rover from Jorge P at Warren Henry Land Rover North Dade. What a Great experience. This is not my first Range Rover but it is definitely the best experience I have had purchasing one, or any other car for that matter! Jorge is not only super knowledgeable about all things RR; he is professional and truly cares about his customers!! I would also like to say the handling and response from this incredible automobile is beyond expectation! Needless to say the 5.0-liter V8 Supercharged engine offers unbelievable acceleration that can only be appropriately appreciated while actually driving the vehicle. Many thanks to Jorge P and the rest of the crew at Warren Henry Land Rover North Dade for a most pleasant experience and a truly incredible vehicle!!!

I had been searching for a very specific Range Rover Sport for months. One finally turned up at Warren Henry/Land Rover North Dade. Tunc B was great to work with. He answered all my questions, negotiated professionally, and even picked me up from the airport when I came to pick up the vehicle. Everything in person was as we had discussed with no surprises. Overall, I am impressed by the pleasant buying experience. I would recommend Tunc and Land Rover North Dade to any other prospective buyers!

Stay away from this dealer. Bad, Bad, Bad. No costumer service, once you buy the car they act like they don't know you. Certifed cars are not inspected properly, watch out go someplace else.
