DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM PALMETTO 57! Bought a BMW X5M competition back in December 2023 and they owed me a 2nd key for my vehicle. I've called and called and it's now April 2024 and they won't call back or provide me with the key. I have a "we owe" document in writing and they refuse to get me the key. Everytime I call I get transferred 5 times before anyone will speak with me about the key. Then they say they'll have a manager call me back in 10 minutes, which never happens. Then I call again and go through the same process. I'M FILING AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH THE DMV, which is the governing body that regulates dealerships. This is flat out theft. They key cost 800 dollars to replace and they just keep lying to me.

Once I submitted my inquiry on the car I wanted, Eric Vazquez reached out to me immediately. I hate going to dealerships and wasting my time but Eric was straight up with me from the start so I gave him a chance. I went in and he gave me some numbers that worked for me. The next day we met early at Palmetto 57 Nissan where he had the car ready for me to test drive. He explained all the car had to offer and even made sure I was comfortable with the car. Eric took care of me very well and made sure the car was washed and filled with gas before I took it home. I would 1000% recommend Erick Vazquez as your sales man. I had a service appointments for my car because it had two recalls. While I sat in the chair ready to take a nap, I get a text from James Roan something about eligible for an upgrade. I went to kill time until my was car finished in the service department. James Roan introduced me to Eric Vasques. (Ladies, these guys were hotties, got to bring my niece and granddaughter back here). We chatted a bit and then the service guy came to ask me about where I’d gotten the brake done. He said the job was done improperly and that my car was NOT safe to be in the road. I’d recently had brake work done by some guy who approached me at Walmart parking lo. I freaked out!!! Eric sat me down and explained all my options. I decided to go ahead and upgrade from the 2016 to 2020. Eric was very personable, friendly and very patient. He took me back to meet the finance guy, Alberto Ramirez. He was so adorable, he even let talk to his fiancé. We laughed talked about everything under the sun. The key thing for me is that I’m a baby boomer, hell the entire state of Florida is, but these guys were Generation X, Y and Z; they were respectful but not sarcastic or rude, friendly and down right professional true and true. I don’t like nobody rushing me… and they didn’t. Alberto Ramirez made sure I understood everything I was signing, he got me a great deal for my budget. As a single woman you hear horror stories about shady car salesmen, I’d recommend this place to everyone. Eric even helped unload all my crap from my car. Great group of professionals. I traded my 2016 for 2020 Nissan Rogue, I love my car!!!!

This is the worst dealer ever i went out for a price in a rogue and when we make the deal, they check my credit that was really good and they start to give me all the stuff for the new car and after 6 hours the financial guy appears at 9 pm telling me he has to see if a get approved he run my credit 4 times more without my permission and increase the price that we already set up at first time,he told us we couldn’t get a better prove after the sales guy and sales manager saw all my information and requested my credit. This is so irrespecutful and anti ethics it doesn’t make sense we wait for 6 hours. To left without the car i was look it up and my credit check thru 5 banks without they telling me.
