Amazing service!

I went into another Lexus dealer first where I was. It given the same service. Once I decided to check out Lexus of Kendall, the service was great and they worked with me as much as possible for me to be able to leave with the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Lexus.

Above and beyond service, great experience

I want to start off by saying thank you to Lexus of Kendall and Kendall Toyota. I have been leasing my Cars with Nissan for over ten years and I can say with a certainty that after my experience today I will never go anywhere but Kendall Toyota. The service I received was amazing. When I initially called Lexus of Kendall a Gentleman by the Name of Julio Valdes answered and spoke to me. He was so polite and took his time to answer all of my questions. When I walked in to Lexus of Kendall he came and greeted me and introduced me to Jose Pedrianes and Yanet Calles. They both took their time talking to me and we decided that for what I was looking for I would be better if with a Toyota. (Remember I am still at Lexus) Yanet walked me over to Toyota and must have spent a good 2 to 3 hours helping me search for the perfect car. I was very specific about the type of car, color, upgrades and extra amenities I wanted. We came to the realization that the car I wanted wasn’t on the lot. But that didn’t stop this team of superstars. Yanet and Jose were able to locate the exact car I wanted in a Toyota dealership about 2 hours north of where we were. We worked out the numbers which were surprisingly way better then I was expecting. I mean to be honest I put very little down and pay very little a month for 2018 Tundra super Max SR5 fully loaded. Way better then what Nissan was trying to offer me for a basic Titan S. Yanet delivered my car the same day with everything just how I wanted. Oh and did I mention they worked for Lexus not even Toyota. Very few times in life do you meet people like these 3 that really want you to get the best and go above and beyond for you to have it. I am so happy with my Tundra and will come by to see these 3 again every time I or any one I know needs a new car. Thank you Lexus of Kendall and Kendall Toyota amazing experience.

Always a great experience

We are on our sixth Lexus. We have always had a great experience , but we definitely had our best experience to date tho time. The team at Lexus of Kendall that helped us, John,Carlos, and Jonathan were awesome. Fast, knowledgeable , and helpful. Thanks you guys.

Good Buying Experience - No hassle

I hate the negotiation tactics used by most dealerships so it was a welcome and pleasant surprise to have such a different, positive experience at Lexus of Kendall. Al treated me with friendliness and respect for my intelligence and we were able to come to an agreement in a reasonable manner and period of time. I am very happy with my purchase and the experience.

So Easy

I received a call from Maria at Lexus of Kendall advising me that I was in danger of exceeding my miles on my lease. I was recently transferred to corporate headquarters where I work about 25 miles farther than where I was when I took out the lease. Maria had worked out all the details for me. The end result I came in drove the a new one signed some papers and drove away with a brand new NX 18000 miles a year and paying only $20 more. The entire process took 27 minutes from the time I got there until I left in my new SUV. Thanks Maria and Lexus of Kendall

Empty promises. Deception. Waste of time.

Nothing but lies and empty promises from sales team. Bait and switch. Avoid Eduardo Solis unless you like to get the run-around and leave disappointed and empty-handed. It all started when I reached out to them for a price quote for a lease on an IS200t fsport. I got a call back from Jorge telling me that my color combo was rare (lie #1: there are at least a dozen in south Florida). Then he told me they won't be beat on price (eventually lie #2). After spending an entire day reaching out to several dealers and coming out with a decent monthly payment, I sent Eduardo Solis (the person I was dealing with the majority of the day) a courtesy text to let him know I had already found a great deal. At that point he replied by saying he didn't want to lose me and that we were neighbors. Ok...he had my attention. He called me back to let me know he could beat the monthly by $10. We went over all the details over the phone, and I agree to send a credit application as well as come in. They ran my report and it came back excellent. I punctually arrived at the set time. He greeted me and quickly passed me on to a new person. Okkkkkkk? After a quick test drive, we sat down because I wanted to go over the lease details. The new sales person said he needed to go check on details on the car (wife decided on a more traditional black interior instead of the red). Ok. Waited a few minutes and then approached him. He then said he was trying to check with GM because my deal was too good. Excuse me? The negotiations had already been done. I called it a day and left. I texted Eduardo on my way home to state my displeasure and disappointment. He called back to apologize and that he would speak to the GM first thing the next morning. After a few "still working on it" texts, I get a reply at 3:30p saying "On the car your wife picked out can't be at $xxx). Not even an attempt to come up with a new offer. Really? At the end of the day, nobody won. And they lost what could have been a repeat customer. Go figure. You're better off going a bit north. No games there.
