Nothing free here

Bought a new Golf Sportswagon. Sales person said that VW gives a free 1 year maintenance. Also the dealership gives the 2nd and 3rd year scheduled maintenance free. When doing the finance portion they charge for the so called free maintenance for the 2nd and 3rd year. Their explanation was the cost of the maint. comes out of the discounted price of the vehicle.

Do not buy from them they lie and will do anything to get you to sign! when they say they will make your final payments, get it in writing signed and notarized! wont even return your calls if there is a problem they just avoid you and act like it never happened. go to any other VW dealer but this one!!!
