I must say it was a pleasant experience. Our salesman Mike met us when we arrived and was very helpful in discussing all aspects of the 3 types of Fiats we were looking to purchase. A through discussion with no pressure at all assurred us that the dealer and salesman were knowledgable about the Fiat 500L. Other salespeople that we encountered were equally friendly and accomodating. The only negative part of our experience was the waiting time between discussion from salesman and managers. Understandable at times but would have been nice to be approached by someone to tell us the timeline. Unfortunatley we did not buy. We were also looking at another vehicle, ( a RAV4 Toyota) that was better suited to our needs.
