I came to Fields expecting the same premium treatment others (friends, family) received in years past. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Matt Hyndman was a consummate professional and put me at ease throughout the entire process. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car (not just BMW).

Service was fast. Vehicle delivered clean. Check out process smooth. For the negative. I have never in all my years of driving, had to pay a diagnostic fee if I have a vehicle repaired there… $200 +!! parts $200 and labor $2000+ unbelievable for rubber hoses! I realize these vehicles are expensive to fix, but this is why people choose to go elsewhere instead of the dealer..

Terrible experience, not returning again!

I bought my BMW from Fields and have only had it serviced by their team. I have no intentions on returning. The service guy recommended replacement tires on a set of brand new tires. After I got them to remeasure the tread depth, the technician confirmed that the information he shared was inaccurate. The service guy went on to say that there are two types of tread depth measurements which is a blatant lie. Lastly, he recommended that I should always request a second opinion even when servicing at their dealership. Going forward I will take my car to BMW Tampa to avoid getting inaccurate data/recommendations and lies deflecting responsibility.

Had Fields BMW perform our first oil change and it seems to be good . I asked them to fix under warranty our fasteners to the floor Mats and did not perform the task . I thought they were delivering the car back cleaned inside and out that was not done as well . Perhaps I misunderstood but no big deal .

Rescued Day Off

Found my X3 with a dead battery on my one day off. Called Service and spoke with Albert and then later with Client Advisor Joe Roth. They greatly aided me in jump starting my X3 to drive it for service at Fields!! Upon arrival Albert quickly made a service appointment that installed the new battery super fast!!! Thanks!!

Great service, their extended warranty program is a must when purchasing a new vehicle through BMW. My car repair cost was roughly 7k, and the plus package covered the entire price. The service at Fields BMW in Lakeland was outstanding, the service team was excellent; couldn’t ask for a better representative.

All dealers are great making you feel important during the sales/purchase part of your relationship. Service can be different. I've been doing business with Fields in Lakeland since 2002. I've always felt appreciated and have been well taken care of. Today I had a special medical need for quick service. Albert had me in and out in less than an hour. I can't ask more from my BMW service department. Thanks everyone.
