The best experience ever!

I had a great experience at Arlington Toyota since when I choose the lease and then when I decided to buy the car. All of the process was with the salesman Renato and I highly recommend him! He was so helpful and made me feel secure. The last time I was there it was his day off but he was there helping me with the process.” And I could see the other salesmen need his help when the customer speaks another language. Renato is from Brazil and can communicate very well in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I highly recommend asking for Renato and Arlington Toyota.

Friendly sales team with upfront pricing.

I purchased a used 2018 Nissan Rouge on 11/08 and was very pleased with the overall experience. I will note one disappointment however. After spending in excess of $20,000.00 for a certified pre-owned vehicle, I would have thought that the dealership would have at leased washed it and topped off the gas tank. Is that so little to ask?

They lied to seek a car

They lied to us to sell a car. Pancho told us the tires, battery and windshield wipers had been replaced. They charged $1,889.00 for that and because they had inspected the car. One week later when it would not start we took it to Honda Dealer and they gave a list of items that would have been caught in inspections that was wrong including the original car battery that was not replaced. Took the car back and they told us they would take care of it. Next day when we picked it up they had replaced battery and windshield wipers, but decided they were not going to replace the tires because the old tires were good enough. Nothing they tell you is valid unless you get it in writing. Don’t believe they are nice and will tell you the truth. They will tell you anything to sell a car. And $1,889.00 to wash a car is a little ridiculous. They did not inspect the car or replace the things the salesman said. They stole money from us by lying to us. Don’t make our mistake of thinking they are honorable and will stand behind their employees lies. They will not.

Absolutely the best!

My wife and I just purchased at 2022 Sienna from Arlington. Our sale person was Paul and I could not say enough about Paul. He was absolutely one of the nicest sales person I have ever had any dealings with. He worked hard for us an got us the van we wanted; color, package, etc. I used their website to start the conversation and Paul reached out to me shortly afterwards by phone. We began getting to know each other and he knew exactly what we wanted. Paul stayed in contact with me during the entire process, updating me on the status and once it arrived he sent a video of it letting me know our vehicle had arrived. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, call and ask for Paul. You will not regret working with him. I never step foot on their property. Everything was handled via phone and I had the van shipped to me in GA with no problems. Will definitely use Arlington Toyota and Paul again for our next purchase.

CALLING CORPORATE

The anger I have for what we have experienced the last month and a half is unreal with this dealership. We bought a 2019 Tesla in July after trading in our paid off car trying to save money on fuel. Well, the day after we bought it we went to see my family an hour away, and we were unable to charge the car because the dealership didn’t properly setup the Tesla for our account to be added to charge the Tesla. Well, we ended up stranded due to not being able to charge the car and We had to be towed home. We had to go to a Tesla dealership to solve the issue, but also come to find out there was something wrong with the supercharging port that Toyota didn’t let us know about! We were out of our newly bought car for two weeks. We also found out they gave us the wrong charging port for 3rd party charging so we couldn’t even use that!!! My husband called to get everything situated and the managers acted like they could care less which is extremely unprofessional. We were also promised a tint and it took a month of calling and my husband finally leaving a review to finally get it done and scheduled. When we bought our car we bought the tire warranty to cover the tires in case anything happened. They told us we could go to any Toyota dealership for the car even though it’s a Tesla. Well, we had a nail in our tire and we went to a Toyota dealership like Arlington told us we could, and they would NOT patch our tire or even schedule it to be changed. When I told them that we bought the car tire warranty they said not all Toyotas can do that type of repair for our car EVEN THOUGH WE BOUGHT THE WARRANTY AND WERE PAYING MONEY A MONTH FOR IT. I was completely enraged, and due to that my husband called Arlington yesterday and they wouldn’t call and check themselves on the warranty and instead gave my husband the phone number to the warranty policy to call and check. Like Wtf?!! He called and could not get through to anyone. This dealership was absolutely trash to us, and we are unbelievably angry. We don’t have a lot of money, and bought this car trying to save on fuel. But this dealership and car made it more of a hassle than what it is worth!!! We were so done with Arlington so we went to Duval Honda last night and had to trade in the car to get out of this awful deal. And we had a much better customer service experience l, financial advising experience, and the car was properly inspected before sold to us unlike what Toyota did. Come to find out there were other issues about the car that we were not aware of when it was appraised so we couldn’t get even close to the equity we had when we traded in the our $18k paid off car for the Tesla which absolutely infuriates me because we are on a budget and we LOST OUR MONEY DUE TO TOYOTA’S NEGLIGENCE. I Am not one to be angry and complain but this was absolutely ridiculous and I WILL be contacting corporate and will not rest until this issue is addressed and looked into.

My car purchase experience with Cornell was very relaxed, easy going, and stress free with no pressure to purchase if we chose not to. He helped us narrow our car selection within our parameters while setting realistic expectations based on price, also making us comfortable with our purchase. It took us two in dealership visits to make our purchase and during the entire process, he followed up with us to see how we were doing and just ensured us that he was sincerely there for our needs over his both pre and post sale. I would buy a car with Cornell again!

Kris Boyington was the sales associate who helped us find the perfect 2023 Camry for our 21 year old son. He was very knowledgeable and made the purchase process as smooth as we've ever experienced in buying a car. Everyone at Arlington Toyota was very helpful and friendly. I recently purchased a car from Arlington Toyota for my daughter and came across some unforeseen electronic issues resulting in the car being in the shop for over 2 months. I was able to work with the Sales Manager on getting a different car and yet again the sales process was awesome. Matt and Joe are rock stars getting us thru this process. The attention to detail they put in to make my daughter and I feel special is unlike any customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Arlington Toyota will always have a return customer in me!

Matt Romano has now helped me purchase two cars from Arlington Toyota, Jacksonville FL. Both were a challenge as availability was limited but he was successful in both cases. Patience, sensitivity, and timing

I worked with A.J. Shurelds and Michael Marinelli. Both gentlemen helped me navigate the experience as quickly and efficiently as possible, and I love my new car. It is a magnificent product of design, engineering, and workmanship. The main thing I’d like to say is that I spent at least a year if not more waiting for the right conditions to prevail for this purchase. I met with A.J. at the beginning of this process. Therefore, patience was necessary because the sale had to wait for what seemed like the dormancy of a mud fish in a long drought. I appreciate him for keeping my name on file until that drought broke. Sometimes life works that way. Both gentlemen performed their work in a way that brings credit to themselves and their company. Well done!

Speedy, Professional and Thoughtful

Cole managed the 6 month service maintenance on our Toyota 4-Runner, and did a great job of keeping us updated and moving the process along as quickly as possible. Very thoughtful, professional associate....he even followed up with some recommendations on Bug Sponges to use in the future to keep the car bug-free.

Loved everything about dealership till after purchase. Then even though salesman had agreed to and confirmed my request to have all weather mats in vehicle including trunk mat. After sale was finalized, I was now told that I would have to purchase the trunk mat separately in addition to purchase price of 2022 Toyota Venza Limited. Because of that incident I would no longer recommend this Arlington Toyota dealership.
