I went to Castriota Chevrolet after being at many other dealerships wanting to buy a new vehicle. When walking in I was greeted 5 different times by different employees making sure I was being helped. A+. After this I was greeted by Dave Appleby who was my salesman and it was a great experience. I went in wanting a diesel and had my mind set on one but after speaking with Dave and him asking me a lot of questions to best fit my needs he showed me the 2020 gas silverado. Not only did he get me out of my old truck payment but saved me money each month. Overall it was a great experience between all the friendly employees and the great atmosphere that is held at the dealership. I will be recommending the Castriota Chevrolet Dealership to everyone that asks me about a car or truck. If you would like a great experience go in and ask for Dave Appleby.

Best ever

I went to the dealership after filling out an online credit application. I really didn't think that I would be able to get approved with them. Car buying with mediocre credit is usually such a horrible experience. However at Castriota I did not have any problems. The people were very kind my sales lady Blanche was wonderful. Tom Castriota is definitely a community oriented kind of guy. I am very impressed with this dealership. Don't let horrible car buying experiences scare you away from this dealership.

This is the second time we have leased a car at Castriota Chevrolet. We both were very pleased with our sales person Debbie Razzano, she is very pleasant and has been an employee for 8 years at this dealer. She helped us find a new car that was within our budget. We also have been very satisfied with the service department, they have taken care of the oil and the tires on our previous car.,This is the second time we have leased a car at Castriota Chevrolet. Me. Castriota and Jane in Sales did everything they could to make me happy with shopping at Castriota. I checked every Chevy dealer in the Tampa area and Castriota had the best price. They also has the most professional salesperson, Jane, who spent three different visits patiently letting me drive my Sonic, showing me features and explaining all the details. I am extremely happy I chose Castriota Chevrolet for my new car purchase.
