Great experience with Pat Boehm in sales and the finance department. My lease was nearing the end and I needed to make a decision on either a new vehicle lease, or buying my car out direct. The guidance I received was overwhelming. In the end I bought out my existing lease. The finance department worked quickly to process the paperwork and transfer the documents from lease to purchase. Friendly, professional and caring staff!

I have owned & driven a BMW since 2007. Had my experience at BMW with my service manager, Marcos, been anything but great I would not have purchased another BMW from this dealer. Michael, the young man who helped to guide me through the purchase of my car, was wonderful. Michael listened, was patient, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Michael was absolutely not pushy and I didn’t feel as if I was being pressured. I recommend BMWs, this dealership and both of these employees.

I have owned many BMW’s over the years and I have never been pressured by any dealership to get something I didn’t want or need but Fort Myers BMW changed my experience. I told the finance guy I did not need the expensive extra insurance policies for flat tire repair, dings, loss of keys etc. These items added an extra $120 dollars per month to my lease. He sold me the entire package and did not even tell me you could just get part of it. In any event, I called them the next day and told them that I changed my mind and did not want this package. I was told it was too late as / he had already transmitted it to BMW and I couldn’t lower my monthly payment. I even spoke to the general manager and he could not lower my payment either. I do not recommend this dealership and will never go back!

When I called and asked if there was any other fees other than tax title license and doc fees, I was told no. When I came to purchase I was informed there was almost one thousand dollars in protection goodies. Then the salesman told me I would be able to get BMWs certified financing for 4.75 % for 3 years, I went to finance person and he told me the dealership adds another 1% on. The finance person also pushed the extras to the point of being rude. I told him I do not usually do any extras and he told me he would never want to buy a car from me. I left messages with the finance person and the sales person to have the general manager to please call me and no call. I also left 2 messages for the general manager and he has not responded. Then after almost 3 weeks with no plates I called and asked why the delay and was told it could take up to 3 months. I’ve never heard of this step taking anywhere near that long.This was the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car.
