Contacted Coconut Point Ford to purchase a new box van for our business. Had a bit of a bumpy start with my assigned salesman (Tony). I ended up asking what kind of deal I could get if we bought 2 trucks. He worked up a deal and I didnt see any kind of discount in any way. Since I saw no discount, I requested extended warranties and GAP on both trucks to be thrown into the deal and he said "I cant pay you to buy the trucks" so it killed the deal and I walked. He was arrogant, disregarding and unwilling to work a deal. The next day, I got a call from Billy. Excellent customer service skills and wanted to work a deal. I was spending 130k. He saw the value in working a deal. I know they cant "throw in" the warranties and GAP because those are 3rd party deals. They were willing to negotiate the trucks to offset and make a more reasonable deal. Billy put in the effort and was extremely respectful and wanted to earn a long term client. Im giving 4 stars for Billy saving the deal. It would have been 5 stars if Tony wanted to work with us but that wasnt the case.

Just an ok experience

Was an alright experience the salesman and others tried pulling a lot of tricks trying to make sure I used there loan which was double the interest rate that my bank provided for me. Purchased with a few body defects that wasn’t noticed before I pulled off lot including a cracked mirror housing that was clearly half put back together and a plug in the rear tire In an unsafe location. Have pictures of time stamps of both and was told it wasn’t there problem, luckily was able to get the tires replaced even after a 3-5 day run around trying to cover themselves, even though I purchased there tire warranty they tried to shoo me away claiming it wasn’t there issue. Other then the sales part the service rep actually did help, not the worst experience in the area! But if purchasing from here be very thorough with your own vehicle inspection to make sure your not gonna get screwed. Many scratches and other issues were hidden and just tried to push away to keep from having to fix any issue, as well as salesman wasn’t very excited to tell me much about the vehicle only to hurry and get a sale. Definitely wasn’t a complete positive experience for my first vehicle purchase.

Beware

Caveat Emptor. Bought a used Miata here, 157 point inspection, brought the vehicle home and tires were leaking air. Filled them repeatedly. 3 different trips to a tire dealer, dry rot and had to replace the tires. They were unsafe for driving under normal conditions. If buying a vehicle from them, spend the money and have an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle, better yet, go elsewhere.

Took car in for repair...but it was to expensive and my war expired I called Ford corp and they instructed me that they were calling the dealership back to talk w them. Then they called me back to inform me that dealership said nothing was wrong w my car they had it 4 a month and even gave me a loaner car whole time. A lie...it ended up the dealership after a fight I had my car fixed elsewhere had to pay me over 1900.00 this took alot of back and forth on my part but I was rt they were totally wrong.
