I leased ES 350 from Jay at New Country Lexus in Westport and was extremely happy with the professional service.The entire team was very professional and helpful. Ricky Garcia worked really hard with the bank to get me the approval and negotiated to leave the price at the same level.The entire service and expedience was AMAZING!!! Everyone were extremely friendly, always smiling, and beyond professional.

Easy CPO Experience

My wife and I came in on a tight timeline mainly to check on color combinations and option packages available on 2012 and 2013 RX's. I spoke to Tom Savone the day before we came in and explained our situation including our tight schedule. Not only was he able to answer all our questions and have the exact cars available for our viewing when promised, but he was also able to present an attractive deal including a fair trade-in price for our old car. We completed a deposit that same day and the car was in our possession not long after. This is an excellent dealer with great customer service.

this was by far the smoothest and fastest car buying experience I've ever had. I sent in e-mail requests to the 3 closest dealers to me, and Carl and the rest of the Internet team at Lexus of Westport responded the fastest and offered the best price. When time came to pick up the car, everything was done to my expectations with no surprises. This really was a great experience.

Stay Away High Pressure

High pressure tactics. Reminds me of a boiler room operation with nice furniture. Sales contract was out before I made a decision. Still havent recieved my depost, which wasn't necessary to begin with. If you need time to think, go elsewhere in S. CT area where you're treated with respect.
