Terrible Service After the Sale

Bought a car in December 2016 from here. I have spent 2 months trying to get a spare key from them. They were in such a hurry to sell the car but can't be bothered to follow up on the 5 calls put into them. They didn't detail the car and still owe me the spare key which they can't seem to find. I wouldn't sign anything unless you have everything owed to you.

This dealer plays games and wastes your time. Would not honor the national financing offer on VW.com website, and "had to check" if they would offer their own website. This was from the sales manager. Wasted a ton of my time, I hope you don't allow them to waste yours.

Looked for a VW and the salesman was helpful as far as letting us drive cars. Manager named a price that I thought was very reasonable. We started the financing and found that the only way we could get that price is if we used the Bank of their choice for the financing. Basically they wouldn't let me pay cash for the car because they needed the kickback from the bank! Not cool.....Walked away!
