onService dept. staff are quick to take care of you once you arrive to check your car in for service. NICE people, RESPECTFUL, and professional. As always they take care of you keep in contact through out the day. See a lot of old faces over the many years which tells me there are loyal staffers, to me means they value employees in turn value their customers.

onBuying a car at Dan Perkins Subaru was surprisingly easy. Our salesperson, Ali Zumbado, listened to our list of requirements and patiently showed us several vehicles. Test drive and price led to a purchase. We drove 1 1/2 hours to leave with everything taken care of: detailed car, full tank of gas, registered and new license plates. Great dealership to go car shopping. Friendly and efficient staff, too. Thanks again, Ali and Avrom, the GM.

onI brought my car in for an oil change and Shana treated me with courtesy and professionalism. She reminded me where the customer lounge was and told me the service would be about an hour. I got a text when my service was done and she closed my ticket quickly and I was out the door. She said thank you Mr. Jones with a great smile. I left Dan Perkins feeling that I got a good value and excellent service! Thank you Shana!

onMy maintenance experience was good. However my steering wheel locked and key wouldn’t turn a few days later. I called and got incompetent person who said do I want to make a service appt. I COULDNT START MY CAR! He took my info and said someone from service would call me. 9 hrs later no call. I called Honda talked to tech and problem solved.

onI bought a used car from Dan Perkins in October 2021. It's the worst car buying experience I've had in my life. I was a first time customer in 1999 and came back to lease a vehicle in 2018 which I am very happy with. When looking for a first car for my son, I trusted Dan Perkins to sell me a reliable used vehicle ...which I purchased. A 2011 Subaru Impreza with 158k miles. The Carfax was good and the salesman from Dan Perkins ensured me was a safe, solid car. Shortly after bringing it home, I found it was not such a good car. Realizing buying used is a risk, I thought I'd fix it. It started with the battery. I had the car 2 months and had to replace it for $200! Then in February 2022, all lights went on and the car wouldn't run. I had called Dan Perkins Used Auto Sales department about the issues and they said I bought it "as is" and would try to help find me someone to service the car. They never called back. I towed it to a mechanic for diagnosis and then to a Transmission Specialist. The specialist replaced the Transmission Control Module for $1200.00. After replacing the TCM, I now saw an electrical problem. The mechanic checked it out and said it might be a harness connection. At this point, I thought I was done. No chance! The car was leaking oil..most likely from the valve covers and I decided to fix it. While under the hood, I noticed a frayed belt. Back to the mechanic to replace the Alternator belt for $137.00. Dan Perkins Service didn't notice this? So early this month my son said there was noise from the wheels. Turns out the brakes were bad. Another $850.00! Dan Perkins Service didn't notice this either? We only put 2000 miles on this since purchasing! Two calipers were shot and of course all pads needed replacing. And now there's a transmission leak. I'm done. I'm totally disgusted. My son is very disappointed and I feel like I've been misled. I my opinion, I think the car should not have been on the lot for sale. The car is now worthless since a new transmission costs more than the book value and I lost a lot of money with nothing to show for it. I will NEVER purchase from Dan Perkins again.

onI was searching for a specific 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. I found the exact car I wanted at Dan Perkins Subaru via AAA membership services. Drew Furtado contacted me, he was not pushy, he was honest and very easy to deal with. Car buying usually comes with trepidation because of the reputation of dishonest and pushy sales person. I am so grateful to have connected with Drew, not only did he help me with all questions and concerns, he also did it long distance as I was about two hours away from the dealership. Dan Perkins Subaru honored the True Price I was given via AAA, and made the whole experience so smooth. I liked that I felt respected and valued as a customer, while not being badgered as a potential sale alone. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Drew as a sales person.

onI just wanted to let it be known how unbelievably happy I am with the customer service of Josh at Dan Perkins Subaru Milford! He's got a golden personality and truly cares to get you what you're looking for! He's not a salesman who just wants to sell you any car and make money. Josh took his whole entire day last Wednesday to work everything out for us and get us into the car we needed and wanted! He was so dedicated the entire time to making us happy and to feel like we were genuinely being taken care of! Hands down the most amazing salesman I've met and the fact that he did everything it took to ensure we left with a car makes me so grateful! He has made sure since we left that everything was going smoothly and that we were truly pleased with our car. You've got a total rockstar in Josh and I'll be sure that everyone I know heads to DP Subaru to see Josh for their new/used car! Thank you again Josh, you're unbelievable!

Seriously!?!

onHorrible!!!! The Service Desk Staff are really nice but the Service Manager is too aggressive leaving you confused and annoyed. After 2.5 yrs. I needed to replace the rear hub bearings and a battery. This experience was a disaster. It’s difficult to get oil changes and when you do; sit back and relax because you’re going to wait. It’s extremely difficult to speak to someone in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT so you mostly speak to the reservation staff. They can’t help you with anything other than a reservation. They say Subaru is the car to get but I disagree. At that dealer anyway. I have another 3 months on my lease and I won’t be getting another one. The sales staff is misleading. They told me EVERYTHING IS COVERED. That’s a lie. Thanks for nothing Hamid. He’s a very nice guy though. Everyone other than the Sales Manager is super nice but when I need service, I want service.

Great staff

onI was helped by several people, but my first experience was with Elmer Guerra in sales. He listened and gave genuine opinions based on ME. He was attentive and pushed hard for a great deal!! He isn't your typical car salesman. He is guiet but listens carefully. He's one of the best!!! The other guys on the team were good too and a special shoutout to Gabriel DeMelo.
