Excellent Experience

Excellent experience all around. I went in on the last day of my lease overwhelmed that I waited so long to deal with the end of lease responsibilities and drove away in a new car, completely satisfied and happy with my purchase. I think what I found most refreshing was their approach - excellent customer service, fair pricing and very knowledgeable. Even with my limited knowledge about cars, I never felt mislead nor like they were trying to take advantage. In fact, I think they went out of their way to make sure I was buying what I wanted and not jumping into a deal that I would regret. Have already suggested this dealer to friends and colleagues.

Worst Sales Experience

I recently saw a car online that I was interested in at this dealer and called to see if it was still available. The customer service rep said yes and I scheduled an appointment. I met with the Sales Consultant and was asked the standard buyer questions. When it came time to test drive, the consultant went to get the keys and when he came back, told me that a deposit had been put on the car the day before and it was schedule to be delivered that day! Immediately he proceeded to mention other cars available but I told him I called about that car only and couldn't believe neither him nor the customer rep didn't call me back saying it wasn't available before I drove a ways to their dealership. I left immediately. I received a phone call from the sales consultant later that night letting me know that the original buyer had backed out of the deal and the car was still available. I then received a call a couple days later from the customer service rep apologizing for what happened and letting me know that the car was still available. I decided to call back and schedule a test drive later on that day after work. When I arrived, I spoke with another customer rep and she proceeded to inform me that the original buyer went through with the purchase the day before and the car was already delivered! Are you kidding me? Not once but twice I spoke to the same people and they screwed up that basic information for the customer inconveniencing me with a drive all the way back?? I spoke to them literally 3 hours before the scheduled test drive and they didn't have the decency to call me back saying that it wasn't available? How do you "not know" basic activity like this on your inventory? Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! Don't be surprised if you call this dealership and the car they said was available on the phone suddenly isn't when you get there. If you're looking for a dealership that uses sleazy tactics like this to get customers into their store for any sale, then this is the place for you, otherwise don't bother wasting your time!!!

Had a poor experience with this dealership. They hounded me and when I ultimately decided not to buy from them harrassed me with repeated calls of "how hard they worked for me" and didn't deserve this. What now? There are plenty of dealerships out there. Customer service should be a priority.
