Okay Phil Long Toyota Trinidad is just FANTASTIC. From the moment they found this car for me, took me driving, talked me through all the paperwork, worked out a deal that I could afford, then booked a time for me to come in and LEARN all the magical things about my NEW CAR - just wow! Wow! They also took my trade in and gave me a more than fair trade. I am just bursting with happiness and gratitude for these people and this dealership.

Lack of ability to find your own route in test drives

From the time I walked on the lot until I drove my new car off of it, I felt confidant and comfortable with the team of employees that were assisting me make the most appropriate choice for me. I am so thankful for the service I received. I never felt persuaded into anything I wasn't comfortable with or pressured for anything unrealistic to me. The dealership is well maintained, clean, bright, and inviting. The service staff were kind and knowledgeable, very helpful. I will be a return customer for both sales and service.

I bought a brand new 2015 Toyota Rav4 at Phil Long Toyota. I did not think that I would be able to buy a brand new vehicle but they worked with me and what I was able to do and I now own a brand new vehicle. Super excited and loved the experience and customer service I received here at Phil Long Toyota. Would definitely recommend this to all family and friends as the place to buy their next vehicle. Phil Long Toyota in Trinidad detailed my Mini beautifully. The cost was fair and reasonable and I was able to use a 20% off coupon that I found on the back of my grocery store receipt! I would not hesitate to take my car there for service.

This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Phil Long, the people are always extremely helpful. The facility is clean. I just stopped in for my first service on my 2015 Highlander, I have less than 5,000 miles on it so I only needed the tires rotated. I had an appointment and they promptly took it in and I was on my way in about a half hour. .

Beware....I had a low tire light on and asked them to check it...they assured me they would and they didn't...they did only the basic oil change and didn't do everything else they were suppose to do (fluid checks, tire pressure check etc)
