The salesperson, Jessica Bell was new to auto sales, but friendly/courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If she didn't have an answer to a question we had, she obtained the correct information in a timely manner. She returned phone calls and was pleasant to work with without being aggressive. When we couldn't find the car we wanted on the lot, the general manager Coy Miller, researched and ordered the desired Jeep Renegade Limited that we wanted and at the price we wanted to pay. The financial manager, John Secora, was friendly, efficient, and true to his word. He made the process easy and honored all agreements - written and verbal, a pleasant surprise for a car dealership. We highly recommend Spradley Mazda as an excellent place to purchase a vehicle.
