Cannot recommed

I purchased a used truck a couple months ago. Sales wasn't overly friendly. Part of the deal was to have them add a tow package (Electric plug in the back and hook up). Had a call on a review and told them I wouldn't until everything was done. A few days later got a call that the parts were on order. Scheduled for a week later. Truck in, next day they called. Wrong parts, reordred. No big deal. A week later truck back in. I asked for all my trouble if they could add in my trailer brake (I had the part). 5 minute job. Next day I picked up. Service said they asked 3 managers if they could put the brake on and were denied. They also lost my keys and took some time waiting to find them. They didn't look very busy there. I kinda know why now. I cannot recommend.

The Worst Service Department in Longmont

This dealership service department is the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with. When vehicle was brought in for repairs, the quote was $400 throughout the day the bill increased to over $1,000. While driving the "repaired" vehicle home the primary problems that the vehicle was brought in for reappeared showing that after $1,000 worth of repairs little to nothing was really done. I brought the vehicle in the following week and was told that everything would be taken care of. What they really meant was that they would look at the vehicle again and determine another part needed to be replaced which they failed to replace and I needed to spend another $300+ on repairs. After speaking to the service manager they were only willing to drop the new labor costs dropping the price down to $215.00 in addition to the over $1000 already paid.
