Beware!!

by tsgtawesome on 02/15/2014

Beware!! I took my MB for maintenance here and the "Maintenance Advisor" told me to get some maintenance my car didn't need. When I confronted him with the maintenance manual and he couldn't find a way to prove otherwise then he said he would not charge me for that part of the maintenance. He discounted it but then I later found out that he overcharged me for parts on the other maintenance. So at the end I still got screwed!! And perhaps they didn't think that I saw the girl on the computer trolling yelp and other forums and posting fake reviews.. Do not do business here, they will nickel and dime you. They were actually supposed to wash the car after the service, nope!

Fake Customer Service

by SimpleMind1 on 11/22/2013

I brought my car for maintenance service and paid nearly $1K. There compliments that should have been made but didn't. Service advisors seem uptight and not feeling they wanted to really help me. I was added services that I was never told. I was charged for a complimentary car wash. I called the customer relation manager for some questions and wasn't help at all. I also called for a claim for outside the warranty and they have no clues who to contact. You sold 'em to me for crying out loud! I wonder how much this dealer paid to get an award from MB that there sales manager bragged about. They don't deserve it! I'd seen a better service from a non fancy car dealership. Too bad, that dealership are limited what they can do with a European vehicles. I am currently in the market for a new service dealer in or near my area besides the MBZ of Colorado Springs. Keep out from this dealer if you can avoid it. They are not genuine customer service. They'll nickel and dime you.

Expensive shop - pushes the envelope of recommneded work

by jleneveu on 03/16/2012

The quality of work at this dealer could not be better. Polite, professional service staff, we like the people. We find they push the enevelope on repair recommenendations. For example telling us the speark plugs "tested bad" but withdrew recommendation when I told them the plugs only had 36,000 mi. and 3 years on them. Recommended replacing lower ball fron ball joints, but when asked they admitted the tolerances were within Mercedes specs. We generally decline several recommended repaiers each time we take our 2002 ML500 in for service. If I could find a different qualified shop for Mercedes I would switch.
