I went with my family to lease look at an Optima after a good experience at Honda in visalia which I recieved a quote. I stopped at the kia dealership, no one came out to ask if we needed help, and that's fine. I went in to ask for help, and no one acknowldged us. There was a guy sitting on the desk on the computer, and I asked if he could help us, and he just sat there staring at us. He did not move out of his chair, I just couldn't handle the rudeness of this unprofessional behavior, and just left. he followed that with a rude comment. what kind of people do these dealership hire? Do not attempt going there, go to fresno or selma.
