AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Came to Galpin Volvo after a horrendous experience at another Volvo dealer in Los Angeles and had the pleasure of working with Todd Kessler. He created an incredible lease deal with my dream car, XC90 2019 Inscription - an even better version than i was Ready to lease at the other dealership. With Todd's magic, incredible service, and the help of Shaun Shahar, my husband and I had an amazing experience. Buying a car is always a daunting experience because how long it could take but Todd and Shaun made the experience easy and smoothe. No question we will be coming back for our cars in the future as well as recommending Todd and his team to our friends and family!

This is my 3rd time leasing from Galpin and every time I am amazed at how great the customer service is. From the sales to finance, they provide exceptional service all around which is why I come back time and time again. Specifically, Jonny Kramer and Todd Kessler are my favorites to work with - I let them know the features that I wanted, the price range that I was looking at and they made it happen. Now happily driving in my 2019 Volvo XC60!

Just got a great deal on a fantastic new XC90 at Galpin Volvo and can't recommend this dealership and Todd Kessler highly enough. It was a great buying experience: no pressure, Todd was super knowledgeable about the vehicle, and every aspect of the deal was transparent and reasonable. I visited the store a couple times (which is beautiful and fully stocked to make the experience great), and the car was always ready for us to test drive and get acquainted with. I was able to work the numbers with Todd via text ahead of time, and he answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. Just fantastic all around and would highly recommend Todd and Galpin to anyone.

Dream Team = Sales, Eric Felder. Service, Steve. Finance, Tony. I have bought 3 cars from here in less than a year. Crazy...I know. Two certified pre-owned S60 and one new XC90. All my future car purchases will go through these fellas. I will not do business with anyone else. They work great together and they get the job done quick and efficiently. Any mistakes that occur they own up to them and handle immediately. Best car buying experience ever.

I had a fantastic experience buying a new car at Galpin made only more wonderful by my sales representative Todd Kessler. I was in a complicated situation of needing a new car (yes, my mama SUV really did break down in the parking lot), needing to improve credit & being in a circumstance where at that exact moment I had no incoming income to show on the books. Todd was excellent in listening to my needs & really came up with some creative ways to accomplish my goal. They even drove me to Costco to pick up a duplicate membership card as at the time Costco had a great discount going with several cars available at Galpin. In the midst, I realized I had never gone by myself to purchase a car & it was a great relief to have Todd as well as his associate David by my side. I never felt pressured at all & instead I felt quite taken care of. Todd Kessler isn't just a good car sales representative, he's a good guy & his way of being with me made me feel very confident that he was going to insure I got the best deal, the best car as well as the best plan for my future. I really feel he "got me" and I'd consider him onward to be a real friend. I absolutely love my new 2018 Volvo S90. It's just perfect in every way. Todd really seemed to know it suited me before I did. I'd highly recommend all the folks at Galpin and certainly Todd Kessler. I bought my 2016 XC90 almost a year ago and am long overdue in writing a review on my fantastic experience. First off, the car is terrific. I absolutely love it. Volvo hit it out of the park. As for the purchasing experience at Galpin Lincoln and Volvo, it could not have been better. This was a big purchase and my salesman, Todd Kessler, provided exceptional customer service the entire time. He was patient and provided a ton of great information while I was making the decision. I never felt uncomfortably rushed/pushed into making the purchase and he was highly knowledgeable on the car. Todd is a fantastic sales rep. Big kudos also go to Steve Sullivan in service. He has taken wonderful care of me and my prior Volvo and truly exceeded expectations for service. Between Todd and Steve, Galpin has a customer for life.

My family and I have been Galpin customers for years! We always receive the best service which keeps us coming back. Earlier this year I purchased my first car from Todd Kessler at Galpin Volvo - I'm still loving it! Its an excellent car that brings a little joy to my daily commute. I bring my car in for regular service, both Todd and Jack Semerdzhyan in the service department always greet me with smiling faces. It really makes my visits feel like a treat instead of a chore. I'd definitely recommend anyone to go and visit Galpin!

Very pleased with Galpin Volvo and out Saes Consultant Todd Kessler. Price was good, and the transaction was extremely fast and easy. Galpin Volvo & Todd Kessler - the best!

We found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to buy a new car when someone ran into me and my car was totaled. So, we took a Saturday to drive so many cars. We weren't intending to buy a car that day, we just wanted to know what was out there. A co-worker had recently bought a Volvo so, after driving 7 other cars, we drove down to Galpin Volvo to check them out. We were fortunate enough to meet a very helpful salesman, Todd Kessler. The experience was so very pleasant. No hard sell, at all! We drove a couple different models. Todd's approach was very informative. We could tell that he really believes in the cars he is selling. Once we determined which model we wanted, Todd helped us find the perfect car. Without any pressure from him, we bought a car that night. He spent quite a bit of time with us going through all of the details of the car, even though it was almost 10PM when we finished with everything. When we discovered that we didn't get the cargo cover with the model we chose, Todd offered to have one delivered to our house. And, even the finance process was quick with no pressure. We ended up paying less than we expected. Looking for a new car? You should definitely go to Galpin Motors and ask for Todd Kessler!!!

Todd Kessler Rocks

I just bought a new Volvo XC 90 from Galpin. Todd Kessler was amazing. Helping me with this deal was no easy task, but Todd was amazing. He just kept "going with the flow." No pressure. I couldn't decide which model I wanted -- the XC 60 or the XC 90, and then when I settled on the XC 90, which trim level. Todd and Jeremy Guller worked pricing on purchasing and leasing a number of vehicles, and I kept changing my mind. Ultimately, I walked out of Galpin with a beautiful XC90 T6, and I couldn't be happier with the car or the deal. Thanks, Todd and Jeremy -- for your patience and the great deal!

2016 Volvo XC60 T6 R-Design

Recently had to come in and buy my wife a new car after her SUV was totaled in a t-bone. We had already been considering a Volvo and visited Galpin to see what they had to offer. We came in and told them we were just starting our search, with no intention of purchasing that evening. Our salesman Eric was great and understood what we were looking for. We test drove a XC60 T6 and really liked it, but still took the evening to consider our options. After visiting Land Rover, BMW and Audi, we decided to stick with a Volvo. We visited other dealers in the area but ultimately came back to Galpin as they offered the best customer service, price and selection. Eric was also the gentlemen who sold it to us when we returned; he has since followed up to see how we like the vehicle and if we need any additional help getting to know the vehicle. We really appreciate the customer service and quality of vehicle thus far and hope to continue a relationship with Galpin in the future.

I recently brought in my Volvo for servicing and repairs. Steve was so accommodating and was nice enough to provide me with a Volvo rental while I waited for my repairs to be completed. The service provided by not only Steve, but the rest of the staff at Galpin Volvo is the reason I will buy a Volvo in the future from them.
