My Rave needed recall service and a over all check up. I was treated so well with kindness and care. They checked everything I asked for and more. Servicing was fast and the pricing was fare. I won't take my Rave any where else.

SUPRISING EXPERIENCE

Yesterday I took my Prius in for routine service. It was provided with DCH's usual efficiency. In the process, a mechanic dinged my front bumper. It was touched up, as were other dings that had accumulated. I was told what had occurred, then DCH said it planned to remove, smooth out, and repaint the entire bumper. It was unnecessary, but an exceptional and much appreciated gesture. If going the extra mile is the mark of great service, then DCH meets the test.

Although each service person I've encountered in the past has impressed, Tamara far exceeded my expectations. Her advice in helping me assess which services would benefit my car the most was extremely helpful. She knows what she's talking about and I'm so grateful for that. My car was completed for the quoted time...a bonus! I know that my car is always in good hands at DCH and I wouldn't take it anywhere else...ever.

Our 2011 Toyota Avalon was purchased at DCH and I've taken it to DCH Toyota several times for required maintenance. Marvin C. has been the service manager I've dealt with and I always ask for him. Marvin does an outstanding job! He is very friendly, honest and upright, and I look forward to meeting him every time I go in there. I recently brought my car in to DCH Toyota and I want to say how pleased I am with the service I received! It was quick and easy to drop off my car since I made an appointment, and getting a ride home with the courtesy shuttle was a nice customer service extra. My car with ready by the time promised. Bryan in the service department provided excellent service with a friendly smile. I will definitely continue bringing my car back for service in the future!

I just want to say "thank you" to Alice who took care of my Prius which had tire problem(stuck big crew). I explained her I have to pick up my sister-in-law at LAX and take care of her 3 days using my car Prius. If my car is not ready then I have big troubles. Attitude of Alice is a great customer 1st. minded manners, quick and intelligent responses to my car problem. Thanks for Alice, I could do everything with my sister-in-law while she stayed with me. I have never been particualarly pleased with DCH Torrance as my experiences have been mediocre at best. Recently my daughter and I purchased a New RAV 4 from here (her decision). I brought it into the service department after Ruby called me to make an appointment, I could not be happier with her attentiveness and the courtesy she showed me. I will deifinitely be bringing in my daughters RAV 4 and my other Toyotas to Ruby in the service department.

I received a call from a very nice lady named Ruby Fox, who informed me that my Prius was due for it's 1st service. I am very grateful for DCH Toyota's efforts to provide a high quality experience that doesn't end on the sale floor. The waiting room is well thought out (they even have two computers available for your use) & all the employees seem to work diligently. Ruby was great, her smile & personality made my day. She took the time to answer my questions & as she promised, the service was entirely free & finished within the 45 minutes quoted. The free car wash was a great finishing touch. I will absolutely continue to take my car for all of it's services at DCH Toyota.
