These guys promised to beat another dealer's offer, so I ended up buying here. While I was initially promised a spare tire, they ended up cutting price as tire not avail. I ended up with pretty good price, and generally a reasonable transaction. Seems like no car purchase is hassle free and super quick, but compared to what I've had to go through in past, it was not too bad, really. Internet quotes help speed process, so there's not much hassling when you arrive, and they were decent guys. No sleaze bags or compulsive liars (I ran into a few of these at one other dealership). When I got the car, they ran me through technical questions and showed me how things worked, and finance/paperwork end was super quick. So I'd have to say at the end of the day I was generally happy with everything.
