Teddy is thrilled. He loves his Neda❤️ and, we do too. 17th Beemer we’ve purchased from you (last night I mentioned 14 but miscounted). It all started on my way home from work one night decades ago. The showroom lights were lit and one beautiful woman was showing customers new BMW’s. I stopped to check it out and my life was changed for the better. I've just leased my fourth BMW 3 series from Beverly Hills BMW and, as always, had an excellent experience. The price was competitive, the sales team there was extremely helpful and accommodating, and thanks to super saleswoman Neda Shahrokhi I was able to get exactly the car I wanted. Their follow-up is excellent and I know that Neda and the sales team will be there for me if I have any questions or concerns. Overall an easy and satisfying car leasing experience, and I would recommend Beverly Hills BMW without reservation.

Terrible customer service

We were pushed to purchase many aftermarket products we did not want by our salesperson during our purchase of a preowned vehicle. Once we made the purchase the dealership promised to take care of items that were either missing or needed service. They never called back or took care of anything.

The transaction was smm0th and professional. The price was more than fair and the CPO unit was in excellent shape and clean. The sales person Saleh Elshbeli was excellent i all communications and keeping his word. He went out of his way to be through and helpful. I would definitely buy a car in the future because of him.
