Ricardo was very pleasant and explained all the coverage my Q8 had, including the prepaid maintenance plan even though I bought the vehicle used somewhere else. They were able to perform my 30K mile maintenance and reschedule my other service for a day that I could acquire a loaner car. Very happy as I received at same level of service as Mercedes and Porsche of DTLA.
