Horrible Buying Experience at Glendale Infiniti

I purchased a used VW Tiguan from this dealership for my daughter and it was the worst car buying experience of my life. Issue 1- Financing: I came in with pre-approved for a loan from Bank of America who is a lender in their network and specifically asked that they not run my credit as I am in the middle of re-financing my home. The salesman said no problem and confirmed and confirmed the documents I gave were enough to draw up the finance agreements. Well… The first thing they did was run my credit. I should have run away then. Issue 2-Used car sales tactics: The salesman insisted he go on the test drive with my daughter, so I opted out due to the pandemic which was a big mistake on my end. Initially, I noticed the car smelled like perfume, but I thought it recently detailed and gave it no thought. I later come to find out that this is a tactic dealership’s use to mask a smoker’s car. After a few days, the cigarette smell becomes so strong that I had to have (3) ozone treatments and the interior scrubbed down just to make the car tolerable drive. Issue 3: The car was missing parts and advertised items. When we got the car home and we saw it was missing the plastic engine cover, floor mats and a rear trunk cover (the mats and rear cover where in the advertisement for the car). The sales manager Mansour Ali refused to supply the floor mats and rear cover but said he would send me a new engine cover. Well it's been (3) weeks and I am done begging him for the cover. I blame myself for letting my guard down.

Stay away from Glendale Infiniti

If you're in the market for an Infiniti, I'd stay away from Glendale Infiniti. The General Manager, Ali Khan, runs a horrible dealership. We stopped by a while back, and found the salesmen to be rude and dishonest. In fact one of the salesmen insulted my wife. Obviously we didn't buy a car from [non-permissible content removed], but months later we're still getting their awful marketing mailers to our home address. We've ask Mr. Khan countless times to respect our privacy and stop using our personal information to solicit us, but he hasn't even had the courtesy to reply to our requests.
