Mr. Marshal Crossan Mr. Larry Crossan President and General Manager This is an unfortunate experience my wife and I had with Folsom Chevrolet and employees. (Traverse VIN # 1GNKVHKD7FJ178376) Contacted Salesman Jang Dhaliwal on October 7th, 2015 and he sent an E-mail quoting new a Traverse at $34,000. Went to visit dealership Monday October12, 2015 and told Jang the Traverse was too expensive, couldn’t afford. We test drove the Equinox and the ride was not comfortable because of my wife’s Vertigo. Was told by Jang Dhaliwal and Scott Runkle, Jang’s boss, they had a used Traverse as an Internet Special for $28,000.00 Test drove and took their word and purchased the vehicle and signed the contract Checked the contract in December and saw there was something wrong – paid over $32,000 not the promised $28,000.00 Sent Jang an e-mail requesting him to tell me the internet cost – no reply so I went on line and found the car was advertised by Enterprise for $29,000. We tried to resolve this problem and trade for an Equinox and was made promises by Joe Barto which he came back two weeks later and said he could not make us a better deal with a less expensive car. So we decided to trade the Traverse at the Ford dealer at Folsom Lake Ford, in the same auto complex, for lower payments. The following is what we feel we were robbed … Moneys lost… $3500.00 (Cash down payment) 500.00 (From trade in-Mazda) $4000.00 (Difference between verbally quoted cost $28,000 and actual charged, $32,000 paid.) My service writer Ron did a wonderful job in deciphering the issues I brought to him. They were understood and passed on to his Mechanics who were able to find and repair each item. The car was repaired and ready in the time that Ron said it would be. The cashier was great in clearing my paper work and getting my car back on the road. I would highly recommend Folsom Chev. Service Dept.
Great work but it took a long time.
The work was done well but it took longer than originaly stated. The work estimate wasn't accurate but the compensation was very fair.
They made it easy
Everyone was friendly and helpful. They provided updated information on the repairs as it was happening. They treated me and my service dog with respect and were able to answer all of my questions.

I liked that they called me a soon as they figured out what was wrong with my car and how quickly the part was ordered and the issue corrected.

Our salesman Jay was awesome! I am a return customer and was buying a great deal for one daughter and my second daughter was given such a great deal that we ended up purchasing two cars. All the staff was excellent!
Super Awesome Experience
My experience has been nothing less than amazing. It started with meeting one of your sales consultants Jang Dhaliwal. He treated me with respect from the beginning all the way up to the sales transaction. Not once was he ever pushy or aggressive. He was always patient, kind and honest. Aside from my experience with Jang, I've have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff at Folsom Chevy. From the operator that answers the main line, to everyone from Parts, Service and Sales, it's been a great experience. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle. I intend to recommend Folsom Chevy to as many people I know that are looking for not only a great experience, but an awesome one. I am super happy with the experience and would do it all over again.

Sean was wonderful. Very patient and helpful. Also, Folsom Chevy is much more honest than the 'other' guys in Roseville. We had a great purchasing experience, and LOVE our new Silverado! Advisor handled our truck fine, as did the service technicians. I asked for the complementary car wash which was overlooked by whoever does it but otherwise all was perfect. The attendant that brought the truck out asked for 15 minutes to do the wash, which was fine with me.
Excellent Customer Service
Nick Tate assisted me with getting an oil change for my car and letting me know that I had recalls on my car that I was not aware of. The recalls were fixed along with my oil change and I didn't have to wait very long. He went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I was totally satisfied with my experience at Folsom Chevrolet.

On 11/22/2014, while making a left hand turn I lost control of my vehicle causing damage to right side running gear. My vehicle (2002 Trail Blazer) was towed to Folsom Chevrolet. I was given a 2015 Malibu for use until my vehicle was repaired. It was my first time driving a vehicle that had an extensive electronic dashboard and had no Drivers Manual in the Glove Compartment to use to operate the vehicle for 25 days with minimum experience to safely drive the vehicle. However. I managed to safely return the Malibu. However, I considered it a dangerous way to drive a vehicle. Furthermore, the Repairs Invoice states that: Multi-Point Inspections Only - Further Diagnosis May Be Required.
