I just had the BEST experience buying a car. I worked with Brian and his manager Benny and they gave me honest answers (!!) and advice. They were quick and efficient. My car broke down and I needed a car immediately. They went over all of my options with me to make sure that I got the car that fits my lifestyle. I ended up getting a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this dealership. It’s the first time I’ve have a great car buying experience!

I looked all over the Inland Empire, San Diego and LA for a dealer who was looking to sell a car at a reasonable price and only found one. Escondido Hyundai. The staff was attentive, not pushy and sold me a car at a fair price without raking me over the coals. It’s obvious Escondido Hyundai is looking for long term relationships with its customers and not just a quick profit. I will be back and so will my friends!

Awesome Experience

My wife and I had a great experience at Hyundai of Escondido! As soon as we got there, we were immediately helped by Mike Nybo. He was very friendly, honest, and genuine. He wasted no time helping us see the car we were interested in and got us behind the steering wheel quickly. He directed us on a great test drive route so we could really get a good feel for the car. With the current market being absolutely crazy, he really made the whole process feel smooth and pressure free! I highly recommend Mike Nybo and the rest of the Hyundai Escondido team! This is a dealer that cares about the customer, is transparent with pricing, and loves to help. They put up with the kids with a smile which is hard as our 3 year old and 2 year old can be quite a handful. Alina made all the difference taking care of us from start to finish make sure to ask for her! So happy with our car still bringing us smiles!

We had such a great experience here. Usually we dread going to dealerships and just all of the games and time wasted. But Derek changed all that! He made everything so smooth, and easy! No games, straight forward and went above and beyond to help us get the best deal, and was so respectful, professional, and considerate of our time and needs. Derek was my salesperson. Not only did he hear my concerns, he was patient and answered every question. Not being a car person, he took the time to explain what everything meant in grand detail. Follow-up was excellent and the biggest thing was I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car at all. It was entirely my choice throughout the process. I felt supported from start to finish and now I’m the proud owner of a 2022 Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid all thanks to Derek and his great work ethic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a car based on the experience I had in December.

I walked into Hyundai just wanting to look around and Jerry so kindly came up and asked if I needed help, i told him the car I was looking for and unfortunately there were none on the lot. We then looked at a different model and we went on a test drive. While on the drive jerry told me a lot about the car and it’s functions. I also got to learn about jerry and his work history and what led him to working at Hyundai. Jerry is so personable and so kind! He asked me about my life while I learned about him and he made the sale so much more personal. I genuinely felt cared for and seen in what I was looking for! THANK YOU JERRY!!!

The Underdog

My husband and I went into the dealership with the hopes of a new Palisade. Unfortunately, our credit was damaged from past events. Zeke and David were so incredibly optimistic about putting us in a newer car and helping us out of a horrible car loan. We honestly gave up and walked away. Zeke continued to work on a deal for us and he reached out to me with fantastic news. They were able to put us in a newer car, out of the old loan and not once did they make us feel like we were not important! I would highly recommend this dealership, it was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had!

Visit was a little over a week ago to lease a car. Donovan helped us a ton, gave a lot of info about the cars I wanted to check out. As a shy person, I felt comfortable with him pretty quickly. David also joined assisted us in the process briefly, and he added more positive aspects to our time there. Great experience and a surprisingly quicker process than I anticipated and I am nothing but appreciative for this. Super pleased with service and the car I got!

Went to Hyundai Escondido to purchase 2022 Tucson Hybrid and have to say I’ve had great experience! Car is amazing and both Sales Agent (Mike Nybo) and Manager (Ernie Wood) were absolutely amazing! Went beyond any expectations to help me out and accommodate all of my wants and needs pertaining to the car I wanted to buy. I’m very pleased and grateful for their help. Highly recommended dealership! Finance department did great job and got me best options for my money. Thank you all again! 😊

Zeke was an awesome sales rep who helped my wife and I get into a car and leave with the car that we wanted, within our budget. There was absolutely no pressure at all and always came up with a solution to fit our needs. David worked with our numbers and did EVERYTHING that he could to keep us happy and walk away with the car. They don’t give up on you and their customers absolutely come first. I totally recommend Zeke helping you out and David for punching some numbers. Will definitely be coming back for future cars. Very satisfied!

While I believe that any team member at Hyundai Escondido would've been great, I know that the universe picked Mario Bandal for me. He is someone who is calm, friendly, funny and a great listener. He knew neat aspects about the car I wanted and helped with info I needed to understand the details of my car purchase. He took the initiative to make get me going with new car insurance and I felt that he looked after my best interests. I have a payment and features I can comfortably afford. Mario established very nice rapport right from the our first fist bump. Highly recommend him for your next car buying venture. You'll be in exceptional hands with Mario :-)

Awesome experience buying a car with Christian and David. I dread shopping for a new car. Their no pressure approach is what got me to come back. Christian kept in touch with me but I didn’t feel smothered. They were there when I’d call or text back. We really didn’t even think about Genesis and we’re looking at a Cadillac. But the comfort and easy going feeling I got is what made the deal. Good job guys! And I LOVE my new car!!

My overall experience with Hyundai of Escondido was exceptional. I was greeted by Christian who was friendly and knowledgeable along with his ‘no pressure’ attitude, which is rare these days. Their inventory is pretty good considering and when I’m ready to buy I will definitely be back!
