Great Experience

by LD__925 on 01/26/2018

My wife and I came to test drive a CX-9 and Robert Michael couldn't have been nicer. He answered all our questions and set us up for our test drive. Then we came back the next week with the whole family to see how everyone fit and Robert even let us take another test drive with everyone in the car. When we decided to buy a CX-9, the Costco Auto program sent us back to Dublin Mazda and Roger Thurman took over taking care of us. Roger was also a pleasure to deal with, and going through Costco made the whole sale super smooth and easy since the price is already prenegotiated. Would definitely recommend Robert and Roger. Johnny in the Finance Dept was also able to beat the rate from our bank too.

The Good and the Ugly

by testdriver3 on 04/17/2015

I leased a Mazda 6 there, and I got the deal done over the Internet. Mike Davis was very good. The service on the car was excellent. People were courteous and professional. Then when I went to buy the car off lease or get a new one everything changed. Mike Davis did not answer my email. The sales manager was actually infantile on the phone. He embraced sarcasm and answered questions with questions. At one point, he actually said, "What country do you live in?" My closest friend is the American sales manager for a European conglomerate. I told him about my experience and he said, "This guy must be the boss' son-in-law. No professional would do anything that stupid." The Ken Harvey brand is a great brand, but this sales manager probably got a degree in the school of sarcasm. Anyhow, who needs this kind of game playing. Middle school was a long time ago, and the Ken Harvey brand will eventually get rid of this person, unless of course he is the son-in-law.

Yes. 1st time buying a new car, went through Edmuns and got a great quote. Garth W. at Dublin Mazda stood by it and made the whole process comfortable and easy! Then there was BIG Mike who was able to get us a great loan with an outstanding APR. Thanks guys, and Ill be seeing you when it's service time! Ed. T AKA Range Master.

by go_angels on 09/08/2013

Deal was set up online, they were the low cost dealership. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and I was in and out at my pace - quickly! A real pleasure to deal with!

Good Experience

by kgardella on 05/29/2013

We worked with Mike this past Holiday weekend and had a great experience. We purchased a Mazda 3 and also worked with his finance manager and were happy with out outcome. These two employees stayed late to finish our deal and helped explain everything we were offered. My daughter was a first time buyer so overall we had a pretty good experience.

Worst!

by robbyring on 01/23/2013

I had a very bad experience with Salesperson Mike D. He was very rude to me and wasn't helpful, belittling me and my decisions as well as my negotiating tactics. I will not go back to this dealer. They tried to rip me off and then would not negotiate very well at all. They tried to sell me a car for $6,000 over their asking price. When I explained that the price they were presenting me was not synonymous with another listing they had (on the car), the salesman got angry, told me I was mistaken, but then later verified that I was actually accurate. I profusly hated working with Dublin Mazda. I also spoke with Reyes G., the Sales Manager at Ken Harvey's Dublin Mazda. He was polite at first but when I alerted him of his rude salesperson he tried to tell me that Mike D. was crusty sometimes but was simply using different "Sales tactics" and then insulted me by trying to play up pride telling me I was a walking millionaire, and that I was "beautiful," but failed to deal with the problem. I am a salesman and there are no Sales Tactics that involve bad customer service and rudeness. If I was the Sales Manager at any facility and a consumer reported a complaint to me regarding the treatment/ customer service they received from one of MY representatives, I would have a talk with that representative and rectify the situation per the customer's satisfaction. I had a terrible experience at Dublin, Mazda & I encourage everyone to avoid that place like the plague!!! Bottom line: Go to their competitor. I don't like Dublin Mazda one bit!!

Solid and Trustworthy

by farkle0079 on 04/09/2012

I had a great experience at Dublin Mazda this past Easter weekend. From the moment Bruce emailed me back about my quote on a new 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactiv I knew he stood out as an honest salesman that would work to earn my business over the other dealerships. He was able to give me a great price as well as all the options/choices I wanted without any of the ones I didn't. When I went into the dealership Bruce wasn't there that day, but he had his manager Mike take care of me. Mike is also an honest guy and didn't keep me waiting around for extended periods of time. Even when I had to wait for another customer to finish up with the finance guy, MIke tried to keep me occupied and kept a friendly conversation going. He was quick about getting all of the paperwork worked out and made sure all the details were correct. Finally, John the finance guy made things a lot less troublesome than I've had at other dealerships. Of course he had to do his obligatory spiel about extra services, but didn't keep badgering me when I refused. I was in and out of his office within half an hour. Overall, I had an excellent new car buying experience at Dublin Mazda and would highly recommend them to potential buyers. They gave me a great deal and made the whole process very smooth and friendly.
