Jeep Remi

This service was pretty good! My car is running very well and is overall doing great so far. Remi and the staff were very polite and willing to do the best they can to help me out. The only thing that was a disadvantage was that the vehicle did take a couple days longer than expected to get done, no major concerns but I did think I was going to get it back earlier. Other than waiting longer, the car is doing great and the team was extremely professional and polite. Again, no concerns and the car was fully completed with what the quote had promised. Wow! What a difference compared to last year. Thank you Remigio for your professional, prompt service, and for keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I could see Chuck Patterson Toyota was extremely busy but Remigio treated me like a valued customer and I can tell he cares about his customer. Since the pandemic, the quality of service has gone down in various fields. But not with Remigio. He reminds me of the “old days” when customer service meant something. Thanks again Remigio and keep up the great work!

Beginning with a warm smile, the sale went smoothly with no sense of coersion. It helped that the agent and myself both love cars and the racing of same. During the purchase process we were able to share vehicle stories of days gone by and present.

Reason it is not 5 stars is it took 18 days to get an appointment with the admonition of not driving the truck until it was seen by the dealer.

Antonio was fantastic throughout the entire process. We had come to the dealership a few weeks earlier to purchase a different vehicle and we decided to wait. We were glad we did. I wanted to trade in my 10 year old Toyota Tacoma for a new RAV4. The salesperson Kim was fantastic showing me used and new RAV4s on the lot. After a test drive and explanation of how the RAV4 Prime worked, we struck a deal. Got a very good trade in on Tacoma and drove home with new RAV4 Prime.

I wanted to give Antonio and Megan my sales person a huge shout out for making the car buying experience the way it should be. Antonio is a straight forward person that does not do typical shady salesman tactics. I've had a horrible experience at Roseville Toyota, Dublin Toyota where they are comfortable lying about pricing and would change the price once you made the long drive out there. Amy, the finance manager was straight to the point, offered me any packages I might have been interested in, and was in and out of there. With my previous experience with most of Toyota dealerships, I was honestly hesitant making the long drive to Chico Toyota. After everything was said and done, they honored their price and knew my time is valuable. This is how I would want my experience to be purchasing a car at a dealership. I'd gladly make the drive to Chico again if I ever need another toyota vehicle.

Love the Costco Program

I ended up at Chuck Patterson due to the Costco Program. It was about a 2 hour drive to find this dealership that is doing what they can to not take advantage of customers during the car shortage. This is the only dealership on the West Coast that isn't charging a mandatory $3k (or more) mark up on the Rav4 Hybrid
