Leased 2024 MB EQS 580 4matic Sedan

Leased a brand new Mercedes-Benz EQS Sedan. Our sales person, David Chao, was absolutely the best person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my 30+ years buying cars. He went through all the options and dealt with all of the minor issues with delivery (replacing the EV Charging Cable). I would highly recommend seeing him in getting your next Mercedes-Benz.

Great dealership

It was great experience. This dealership was recommended through Costco and process was quick. They were really friendly and provided quote without issues. I had option to select the car were they explained every option. It was pleasant experience. I did received multiple emails and calls from them to check if everything is ok. For me this is good (it always better to over communicate ).

Great customer service

Mell at Autobahn in the service department was a pleasure to work with. We came in because the check coolant light kept coming on, but there was plenty of coolant. After looking under the hood, he notices some coolant spray marks in the underside of the hood, indicating some sort of leak. They took it in, quickly diagnosed a faulty cap for the coolant reservoir and replaced it. Mell also filled our tires with air up to the standard levels and got our car detailed. Mell and the team at Autobahn were great.

Poor Communication

After speaking to 2 people and setting an appointment, nether bothered to tell me they temporarily had moved. I've been to the dealership 28 times in 6 years and never been so frustrated. I don't understand how they neglect to tell a customer they are at a new location while their building is having work done.

Good. Polite. Had to phone to find out when ready. Seven hrs was too long. Juan said he was in meetings all day n behind. Customer service should come before meetings. Traffic awfull.

The service associate was supposed to call me before the end of the day but he didn't. Instead, I had to call the mechanic who informed me that he needed to keep my car over night but that the service associate would call me to ask my permission. The service associate did not call me. I informed the mechanic that I had to have my car back by 10am the next morning. The next day, I did not get a call and when I call the associate back, his mailbox was full and he was not answering his cell phone. I called back 4 times unsuccessfully and finally called the main number and asked to speak to someone else. Once I physically arrived at the service center, I found out that the service associate was not working that day and nobody knew what the status of my car was. The service was completed and the mechanic was polite (and that is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1) , but I was very disappointed with the service associate's performance and the fact that nobody at the service center knew that he was not at work that day, until I asked several times.

C250 Scheduled Maintenance

My Service Rep is friendly, knowelgable, and forthright. They also accommodated my schedule and transportation needs. With the few issues that I've had with my car; they've looked for the best way to solve the problem before they started "let's replace parts and see what happens"(the latter never happened). They also took the time to give my car a bath. I've done business with Autobahn for a while, the service has been consistent and feel that they earned my 5 star rating.

Worst service experience

Dropped off my SUV for service on a Thursday, and was told I would be informed of an update in a day or two (due to CPO warranty) After 2 days no call. I called service department for an update and no one could tell me the status of my car. Was informed someone would call me to update and get info on a loaner vehicle. Monday the next week still no call. I called again the next day (Tuesday) to get an update and to speak with a manager but am told he's in a meeting. They take my contact info and say I will be called back however, I was never called back. Called again later that day and still no Service manager available to speak to nor any loaner vehicles available. Finally on Wednesday morning I receive a call from my service advisor who offers no apologies for no contact for the last 6 days, and informs me my car should be done later that day. The following morning I go to pick up my vehicle and notice on the invoice there were two other issues found on my car that need addressing. I was neither informed about these issues or asked if I would like it taken care of. But the invoice states "customer will have work performed later." (thank you for making that decision for me). Finally spoke with the service manager after arriving at the dealership and he apologized for his service advisor but also admitted there's nothing he can do about the last 6 days. So for 6 days no contact, no loaner vehicles available, no updates, and no way to speak to anyone. This type of service isn't something you'd expect from a domestic dealership let alone a Mercedes-Benz dealer. I advise you to not select Andrew as your service advisor in the future.

Very efficient service

Just had an excellent experience with Autobahn Motors service department for my S-class. Appointment was arranged quickly. Samer Khayati, the service rep, met me without any wait time, processed the service paperwork and had me on my way with a ride back home straight away. Called me up as soon as it was finished, arranged for me to be picked up, and car was ready, beautifully cleaned and service completed when I arrived. Couldn't expect a more hassle-free experience than that provided by Samer.

Service for car....

Very happy with two exceptions. Had to vacuum the driver side of my car and had to ask them to set my clock. Sort of seems trivial but then again this is Mercedes. My service was done in a timely manner and all seems great with my car....just two very small issues.

Bad experience

I've been a long time client of this dealership, around over 12 years, and just bought another car from them 3 weeks ago, the service department has completely changed, they over promise and under deliver, which is not what I've seen in the past, went there for my B service and the car was returned with a big oily boot mark on the driver side and oily fingerprints on my tan seat, and the items that were checked on their paperwork was obviously not done, after talking to the service manger who basically blamed the techs and not his own management ,I brought the car back and was offered a full detail of the car and recheck of the service, also he said that the entire car is being Clay Bared ( I had no idea what that was !!) so the next day they call me to come pick up my car and when I got there I had to wait an extra 15 minutes, the service advisor said it's so dusty in their garage that they had to rewash the car, and when I asked him is the car detailed, he said yes, after seeing a lot of bugs still on my bumper I asked about the full detail and he said that they have to sand the front to get the bugs out !!! at this point I just stopped asking anything else, obviously I must have looked very dumb and then he asked me when you receive the survey please give me all 5's !!! so I told him I will take care of him, my next call went to the dealerships GM , a very nice lady called me the next day, listened to my story and told me that the service manger is no longer there !! and offered another detail but I don't think I'm going to take any of my cars there for service again ( 3 MB cars ). So check your paperwork and make sure that the promised work is done . I did not name anyone on purpose, but these people are ruining the Mercedes Brand.
