We really enjoyed working with Lou Sofre at Tempe Honda. I can't say I have ever enjoyed buying a car before. There was no pressure, no hassle, no games. Lou is a very friendly, helpful guy who really wants you to take your time with the car you are considering. Also, I have never enjoyed talking with a finance manager before we met Jay Zomlefer. Jay is also a really great, no pressure, fun to talk to person. This is the first time in a long time that the car buying experience has not left me feeling like I just ran a marathon. Lou and Jay are the BEST! Thanks Guys!

Lex was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased, and was very patient with me as I asked many questions about the vehicle before purchasing. She had a great deal of expertise on this model, and was able to give me a thorough yet easy to understand demo. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted within two hours of arriving there. Lex and the rest of the Tempe Honda crew made this the easiest transaction I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. They even helped me get the car home!

Straight forward, painless car buying experience

I had a very specific objective in buying a pre-owned Honda CR-V and after locating a few potential vehicles I met with William at Tempe Honda. We quickly zeroed in on a vehicle, took a test drive and began discussing a purchase. There were one or two minor things I wanted addressed with the vehicle before we bought it as a CPO. Tempe Honda took care of those things and we quickly came to a purchase agreement without any pressure or difficult negotiating. One of the best car buying experiences I've had.

Thai is my first time in along time that I bought a car on my own. 23+ years of marriage we had to buy what fit our family. Now divorced and kids grown I deserved to buy a adult car. I was a little disappointed that there was not new cars on the lot and you had to order one. The experience was good. I felt that they listen to me and gave me a good price for my trade in. The only bad part was waiting to get it certified. But needed to be done if I was buying it. I have a online bank and no checks. Everyone take debt ..after few hours I figured out something. The salesperson called around to banks to see if I could get a money order without having a bank account at that bank. He said two banks could do A money order; when we drove over to both banks that was not the case. Before we left to the bank we asked if the salesman had a point of course and did not. It was frustrating because it was not true and so it became another road block. I think you should raise the limit on debt cards..though If you did I would have not gone done though that stress. Another thing is when we took it off the lot and into the highway it made loud noise. Took it back to the dealership and found out the tire pressure was over the limit . If I was getting certified they should have know the tire pressure was high and what the car tire pressure is .

Everyone was very nice and also honest. I know I was coming to them with a complicated case, but they were able to help me. We were at the dealership for a long amount of time, but that's pretty normal at any dealership you go to. Anthony, Lex, Kenny, and Gage were all so helpful and nice to me with my situation. I'm just so happy to be out of my 2019 Trax and into my 2016 CR-V. I've never left a dealership happy and relieved before. Thank you for helping calm my storm I was dealing with.
