The 2015 Ram was ready for us to look at when we arrived. Steve Sprute our Sales… Manager worked to get us the payment we were looking for. We went in with a pre approval and for the second time these guys best that interest rate by a significant amount. The selection of used cars at this place is exceptional and the people are the reason we keep coming back and recommending them to everyone we know.Amazing Service

Good experience
by pepper33 on 04/14/2016I purchased a Fiat 500L Easy two weeks ago with Shawn Hucko. I had a very pleasant experience, did not have to spend an entire day haggling and was in and out in a few hours with a car I love! Everyone there was courteous and if you want to… have a stress free experience, please go to Bill Luke Fiat and ask for Shawn! They have plenty of used cars (I believe 300+ cars on the lot) so even if you're not looking for a Fiat I am sure you will still drive away smiling in a car you love. I would also like to add to future car buyers, I knew I was going to buy a car, I was pre-approved, knew the amount I was approved for and what my interest rate was going to be. Help yourself by being prepared and it will take a lot of the headache away from the process. That being said, I have only had this car for two weeks, so hopefully a few months down the road I won't be posting about it not running, etc. But as for my car buying experience it was great.We're so glad everything went smoothly, with your new purchase! It's definitely our goal to make sure you have the best experience possible. We look forward to working with you again!

Mark and Becky kept me informed and quickly answered any questions I had via the internet. And when I could not work a… suitable deal in Tucson I tried Bill Luke in Tempe. It was worth the trip. Not only were they able to get me a really cool car, they also gave me a fantastic deal. Shawn, my salesman, was very professional and covered all the bases for me. It took a relatively short period of time to close the deal at a great price.We appreciate you taking the time to give us this feedback. Mark provided great vehicle information and set clear expectations leading up to our appointment. Paul ensured an efficient, yet thorough, test drive and sales process. Dan completed our transaction with a streamlined financing process. Very easy car buying experience
by Kimm614 on 03/08/2016I had been researching for a car for awhile and had a few unpleasant experiences at 2 other dealerships. As a single woman I felt other dealerships saw me as an easy target. Luckily I did my research on the car I wanted and what… dealership had a great reputation. I met New Jersey John and he was a straight shooter, made me feel like he wanted me to find a great car and feel comfortable buying it. There was no hidden fees, no "wool" being pulled over my eyes to trick me into paying more than what the car was worth. Ladies feel confident buying here and ask for John!It is great to hear your experience because of your trust in our business! We understand it is a big decision where you purchase your car from and we are grateful to have been chosen!
Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I pride myself on doing a lot of research before I make any decisions of this magnitude and thought I was totally prepared for this purchase.… Little did I know I had only touched the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the complexity and luxury of these vehicles. Erik Strecker took the time and patience to work with me and explain every aspect of the vehicle I wanted to purchase and went through every model that he had in stock to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Not only did we move at my pace he never once hard sold me. He educated me and let me make the decision on what vehicle I wanted to purchase and I could not be happier. by azwilly on 01/06/2016yesterday my wife and I purchased a 2015 jeep patriot from bill luke fiat, and just want to comment on the service that we got from the expert salesmen we had, both james woods and bruce mortensen. very professional and knowledgeable. with… the no hassle price it made the deal that much easier. normally I would rather be at the dentist than buying a vehicle, but they made it rather enjoyable. when we got to the financing jay zomlefer was a joy to work with. very professional and also made it a relaxing experience. by queenanne on 12/22/2015The first day we went to the dealership the salesman was nice. He was unable to get the numbers where I needed them to be so I left. I kept an eye on the car and waiting for the price to drop, which it did. I reached out to the salesman who… was not working that day, but said if I wanted to get the car to go in and speak with... I figured since he was nice and I wasn't in a rush, I would wait to go in until the following day since he was working and he could get the commission he "worked for". That was my first mistake (being nice). I went in the following day looked at the car again and completed the paper work. I drove off of the lot and didn't even make it to the I-10 and the gas light came on. This dealership isn't even a half a mile from the freeway! I immediately texted the salesman who sold me the car and I said "you couldn't even fill the tank?!" his response was "sorry, we only fill Fiats" I was so mad. Not because I had to spend money on a car that I had purchased 1 minute ago, but because of his response. So it has been 2 weeks since I have purchased the car. I have called Bill Luke Fiat to speak with financing multiple times and have not gotten a response! I should have taken the advice from everyone, "don't buy a Mercedes from a Fiat dealership".We are disappointed to read that your recent experience was not satisfactory, and for this we apologize. We do not want anyone to leave our dealership believing we have not made every effort to earn their business. At Bill Luke Fiat our focus is to provide consumers excellent customer service.
No Pressure Day!

Our 2nd and last stop was Bill Luke FIAT of Tempe. What a great experience! Bruce listened to our… needs, hopes and limitations. We were not pressured and he never showed us a vehicle out of our stated budget. Once we made our selection we sat with Jay in finance. He made the process simple and we were out in a much shorter time than expected. Thank you Bruce and Jay for making our experience enjoyable (as it should be)!Thank You. Great Buying Experince

I found the 500 I liked online and with a very brief email exchange I was able to get a clear concise bottom line out the door price that was very fair. I accepted the deal and went to… the dealer. I was has greeted by Becky the Internet Sales Director whom I had worked with. I was out of the dealership in one hour. The price never changed, no surprise add on items. Paul, my sales associate did a great job coordinating the closing process. Overall a great job my a fair and honest team of professioals.Bill Luke Fiat thanks you so much for your positive feedback. by CheriBoberri on 12/19/2015My husband and I were guardedly optimistic when we arrived at Bill Luke Fiat. We had already had one dealer disappoint us. We had "saved" a couple vehicles we were interested in on the website. Initially, when we got there, they had pulled… the wrong Tiguan, but quickly got us into the one we had inquired about for a test drive. They were low pressure and low [non-permissible content removed]. The initial trade offer was a tad lower than we expected but they were negotiable and we got to the right place with no fuss. As far as financing goes, if your credit is decent, and you purchase an extended warranty (which is just a smart move anyway) you're not going to be disappointed. Our salesman Jeff J. was great and did well by us. The spare was missing in our preowned purchase as was the second key fob. He promised to make good on the tire and made no promises about the 2nd key fob. When we arrived today to bring the title for our trade, Jeff was waiting for us and he had done right by us. Not only was the spare ready for pick up from VW, but he had located the second key fob for us which saved some hassle and inconvenience. All in all, I'd have to say that it was hands down, the best car buying experience I've had in the 15 years I've lived in AZ. Helpful hint: go to the site. Save the vehicles you're interested in. If one gets sold, you WILL be notified by email. That way, if you had your heart set on that one, it's not going to develop into a "bait and switch" situation. This dealership displayed integrity and unless a problem develops prior to us receiving our payment book, I'll happily recommend Bill Luke Fiat to anyone I know. A big plus for me was their A+ rating with the BBB. Don't let one or two disgruntled people keep you from at least visiting this dealership.We're honestly flattered by your review of your experience with us. Bait and switch sales practices

DO NOT waste your time with any vehicles that you see on cars.com or their website because they probably aren't there and when you contact them to find… out they will lead you to believe that the car is on their lot until you get their and find out otherwise.We're so sorry your experience was a negative one. My Sales Specialist Charles White was wonderful. He was personable and I did not feel pressured by any means.… Charles went above and beyond to help me through my purchasing process. I worked briefly with Robert Traslavina and he was a pleasure to work with also. He was able to get the financial side of my purchase handled and I was able to secure lower financing then expected. I appreciate the friendliness Ginger provided when signing documents as well. The service center was amazing and Sigi was courteous and pleasant to speak to. Doug was also someone that I had brief discussions with & due to all of these positive interactions and a job well done, I would tell any of my friends or family to stop here 1st when searching for their next vehicle. Thank you for getting me into my 2013 Ford Fiesta. She truly is my new lime squeeze.We appreciate you taking the time to share some honest feedback. No customer service after sale.
by josephbarns8 on 06/27/2015We are still waiting for our plates. It's been nearly 3 months. Chad messed up paperwork and didn't tell us until 2 days prior to expiration. We had to go to MVD to get an extension and pay for it. No reimbursement from Bill Luke. I've… contacted Eric Luke and Steve Sprute via email for help. No response. We've been there 2 times because of their errors. No compensation, no apologies, nothing.We are so sorry to learn that your experience with our dealership was a negative one. Best Used Car Buying Experience Ever
by atrojas on 05/02/2015Great service, friendly and patient sales people, and the best prices in town. I would highly recommend Bill Luke. If you are in the market for a car, I think you have to see what Bill Luke has before making a decision. I wanted to test… drive several cars, as I had not made up my mind on what I wanted. I was considering anything from a sports car to a compact SUV. I wanted to check Bill Luke before I bought anything to see if the great prices they posted online were legit, or a ruse to get people in the door. I am very cynical when it comes to car sales. Like most of us, I have had a lot of bad experiences, and have dealt with a lot of dishonesty. I was pleased to find the prices were real, and the sales people were knowledgable and patient. I first worked with Jeff, who was great. I was not ready to buy at the end of the day, but said I would come back the next evenning. Jeff did not pressure me and was fine with me coming in the next day, even though he would not be there. The next day I worked with Kevin, who was great. I did not feel pressured when I did not want to take their offer, Kevin was patient and did not get defensive as we haggled and worked out a deal. When we finally came to something we could both live with, the financing was easy. No hidden fees, and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. I have dealt with a few dealerships around town, and this is the only one I would feel comfortable recommending. In fact, given their great pricing, I think everyone in the market for a car should check their website, and if they have something you like, go check it out. They have so many cars, that even if you are like me and have not made up your mind, you will have an opportunity to check out many different makes and models. I am very happy with the results of this car buying experience.I greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience you had at Bill Luke Fiat. Right from the start they took care of all my needs, addressed every single one of my concerns, and I ended up purchasing a used 2013 Subaru WRX from this dealer.
