I was satisfied in general with the entire staff at Lamb after having gotten a Frontier from Carvana and it falling short of my expectations I returned it within the seven day trial and bought something far more to my likings from Lamb.

Lamb Nissian in Prescott had a cash for clunkers program That initially peak our interest .but we didn’t have established credit so weren’t very optimistic at our prospects. But decided to give them a call. They walked us through the process over the phone, sent us an application. we filled it out and sent it in online , told them what we were looking for . They found us some options and invited us in to see vehicles in our price range. Very much worth the drive to Prescott. They were really easy to work with . Got us a great rate and we were on our way to establishing credit we came home with a very nice preowned, low miles , new condition , AWD suv, low payment, low interest rate . We were both pleasantly surprised how simple and calm the whole process was, Mark wood, Mike Anwary, Michael Bennett Were our dream team ! Thanks fellas !! You are a class act !!

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Mark just handled everything for us, which is what I wanted. He asked what we were needing to accomplish - in my case it was to have payments in a certain range, have a "compact SUV" or crossover or.... And NOT BLACK or GRAY! Mark took care of it all. While I was looking at cars, he went and found what I wanted. Then he handled all of the paperwork. Just as I asked. I got exactly what I asked for, and - as I asked - he handled everything. I love the car, a Nissan Rogue. I'm very happy. I'll definitely go back to Lamb Nissan and to Mark for my next car!

My husband and I traveled from San Marcos, California to purchase a CPO 2016 Nissan Maxima from Lamb Nissan. It was by far the best car buying experience of our lives. I saw the car of my dreams online, and contacted Mark Woods, the Internet Fleet Sales Manager. He immediately helped us put together a plan for purchasing the car long distance from another state -- something I have never done, and a feat that was somewhat intimidating. I knew from our first conversation that Mark was honest, helpful, knowledgable and highly professional. My husband and I signed a purchase agreement with Lamb Nissan online, and the next day traveled from San Diego to the dealership in Prescott. Our experience with the entire staff was friendly and enjoyable. We drove our new car home yesterday. The process from searching online to parking the car in the driveway was flawless! I highly recommend Lamb Nissan and Mark Woods and his team, and I will not hesitate to work with Lamb Nissan in the future.

2017 Nissan Frontier Purchase

Buying our truck from Lamb Nissan and using Edmunds has been the best experience we have ever had when purchasing a new car...no haggling, no high-pressure calls or sales tactics. We received a quote online, made a call to Mark Woods at Lamb Nissan to verify details, scheduled a time to meet at the dealership, signed a few papers, received a requested tutorial from Michael Ford and had our phones hooked up. We drove away with exactly what we wanted in under 45 minutes! It was such a pleasant experience! We have purchased many cars in our lifetime. We always buy new cars and keep them until they completely die...just to avoid the purchase process...never has been a good experience, until now. Our daughter suggested we purchase using Edmunds and there would be no haggling, no high pressure, none of the unpleasant experiences from the past. This combination, Edmunds/Lamb, made for the perfect car-buying experience.

I HIGHLY recommend LAMB NISSAN in Prescott, AZ. What a wonderful experience! Who says that about buying a car! The Fleet Manager Mark is very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and NOT pushy. Hooked us up with an amazing deal and got us out the door with everything we wanted. After losing my pickup truck in a flood, I contacted Mark Woods. I told him what happened and asked him to watch for another nice truck for me. He again, had a one for me. He made sure it was mechanically safe and road safe. I bought my previous truck from Mark.He treats his customers very well as all the staff at Lamb Nissan does. It was a pleasant experience all around.

My daughter Ashley called me up about a used Toyota highlande for sale at Lamb. I went in and my sales rep was Hector who was the friendliest no pressure sales person I have ever dealt with he gave honest numbers all the way through no game playing if you are looking to buy a quality vehicle.we or used see Hector he won't steer you wrong

Most people say dealing with car salesmen are stressful and tiresome, and frustrating. But today my wife and I just had the most pleasant day with the gang at Lamb Nissan here in beautiful Prescott, Arizona. Robert & Mike were first, so friendly and very professional and knowledgeable with every question we had .... and boy we had some... lol...Curt in finance was so friendly and helpful. CLOSED on the 4th of July even though they were advertising a big 4th of July sale on local radio (their advertising dominated the airway on the 4th). The next day... Went back in and compared the 2014 Versa sedan to the 2014 Nissan Versa Note they were advertising. No high pressure, let me take my time and very helpful at answering question. The next visit salesman gone for the day, ok, drove the 2014 Versa sedan I had decided on. Another salesman helped me, but was too high pressured for my tastes. Told him I was only there to look at the Versa Sedan I had driven, not a used car shopper. That night sent an email to the internet salesman that had waited on me prior trip, no response, nothing next morning. Went in the next day salesman gone for the day. I had no more patience at this point and stormed out vowing to buy elsewhere. To make a long story short, mistakes happened, after we got it straightened out, he said my email went to his junk mail folder, ended up buying a new 2014 Nissan Versa Sedan from Lamb Nissan and they delivered the car to my home. Mark W is a.o.k. in my book. They still have a due bill to honor.

I purchased a 2008 Nissan XTerra from Lamb Nissan, sight unseen, since I live in Tucson and had been involved in a major head on collision. My boyfriend and I had asked to drive to Prescott and see the vehicle, but were told it was locked up in an area for detailing. We did everything via email and phone, which did go rather smoothly, but when we got the vehicle delivered to us in Tucson, it was far from the advertised "excellent condition". There was a delay for the dealership to "detail" the vehicle, yet instantly upon driving off in the truck, we started noticing problems. The seats were still extremely wet and the truck smelled of wet dog. The center console was FILTHY, dog hair and scratches covered the entire interior and doors of the exterior. Options listed in the section of INCLUDED options were not on the vehicle. The day after it was delivered, it had difficulties starting. When we contacted the salesman to return the vehicle, he was less than accommodating, and to a point rude. At this time, we requested the GM. He too was trying to push that we hold off a few days (to get past the 3 day return period, therefore forcing us to keep a vehicle we were completely dissatisfied with). We made the 4 hour drive to Prescott late on Friday night in order to return the vehicle within the legal time limits. When we arrived at the dealership, we were treated rudely, and they continued to try to make deals with the vehicle. They did allow us to drive the vehicle back to Tucson, to save us from renting a car, but Monday I was still receiving emails and calls trying to convince me to purchase the vehicle at a lower price. I told them I was absolutely not interested and to send drivers for the truck immediately. When the drivers arrived on Monday to pick up the vehicle, it was mentioned that they were not even taking the truck back to Prescott, but instead dropping the piece of junk off at auction in Phoenix. Piss poor business, trying to coarse a "single" woman, who was mentally and physically beat up and exhausted, into staying in a vehicle that was absolutely not even remotely suitable for sale, especially for $18,000 or even the $12,000 they offered. Clearly they realized the vehicle was trashed, or they wouldn't have taken it to auction. I will NEVER do business with this dealership and will make sure my friends and family in all of Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington spread the word. Please use extreme caution when dealing with Lamb Nissan!!!!
