Dirty Service

Car attendant left dirt shoe prints every where. Oil was splattered all over the engine compartment and my car started to smoke when I left the dealership. My car was detailed the day before and they made it a mess.

Excellent Maintenance vehicle service

Easy to use website and schedule a service appointment with reminder of service. Service advisor Shakoda check in the vehicle was ready as indicated. Recommend vehicle needed other periodic maintenance service and service was schedule an appointment for to be perform.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy

I brought my Tacoma in for a comprehensive inspection and it was done in a few hours. Along the way, I received progress reports and updates via text messaging that I found helpful. At the end I was provided a comprehensive inspection report advising me of the condition of my entire truck. I feel like I have a much better understanding of the condition as well as the needs of my truck. The whole process was easy.

I always have appreciated the way Mike Ross treats me when I arrive in the Service dept.!! I have had him as my Service Man for many years...spanning 3 Prius cars! My Highlander is almost a year old, and I just went in for its first oil change. Eric greeted me promptly, I sat comfortably in the waiting area where Hot Coffee and Pastries were stocked. In about an hour I was back on the road with a my shiny new Toyota. One interior issue was addressed with a promise to call when the part comes in. Estimates for future service were clearly spelled out. I am totally satisfied.

I was very happy with my experience with Larry Miller Toyota. Tommy Spoljar was amazing with me and my tears when I first got there. He understood that i was having a difficult time with Bell Toyota and he wanted to do everything in his power to fix my car and make me feel safe in my car again. My car is driving great now and I have Larry Miller to thank for that.

Tommy was very helpful and the service personnel were on time with the work to be done. As a Canadian snowbird, have been to Larry Miller Toyota a few times and will return for routine service even though it is much farther than Toyota dealerships close by.

Professional and Courteous - Always Trustworthy

Scott Hallowell is my preferred service advisor because I trust him. He is always honest and I don't feel that he is working against me. I prefer him to any other advisor at Larry Miller Toyota Peoria. I went into the service department to replace a belt on my truck and the service mechanic Juan Marquez found a leak in my radiator. I had to get that replaced and I am glad that I did, or I would not have made it home 200 miles away. Thank you.
