Called Earnhardt Toyota yesterday and agreed to buy a car in their certified pre-owned inventory. I went down to buy the car after work. The dealership sold the car to another person as I arrived. I told the sales manager that they were not honoring their deal with me. He told me, "you can't expect me to hold a used car for you." I said, I bought another Camry from you last month, and asked them to keep an eye out for another Camry for me. The sales rep said he would. He did NOT keep his eye out for me. I called, rather I tried to call this dealership several times with their phones not working properly. When the sales manager asked me if he would like me to have him keep an eye out for a Camry, I told him his sales rep was supposed to do that for me already. He responded saying, he is 19 years old, that I should not expect him to be accountable to help me out. This completely floored me, I did not know how to respond to such a moronic statement. They sold the car out from under me, I can't expect their sales rep to be accountable to me, and I left the dealership completely dissatisfied. If this customer service reflects their best ability, then I will take my business somewhere else.

Thru my many years of car buying and military service, I have found only one other dealer as cordial, responsive, friendly and willing to thoroughly put the customer first. This was over 30 years ago. Earnhardt Toyota has reached that level and beyond. Jimmy Q., Herb Rivera and the financing staff were above reproach. They were very communicative concerning with us about buying the car. Thank you again for a very great and smooth buying experience.

My wife and I are completely satisfied with our new car buying experience and customer care we received from Earnhardt Toyota Scion. We appreciate the whole dealership, from Joe Masiello, General Sales manager, to the sales department team and Service department team. They did everything they could to make sure we were not only happy with buying the right car with the best price in town, but also with receiving the best customer service and care from them. We wanted to thank Mr. Masiello for all the help that he and Earnhardt Toyota Scion dealership have given us when we were frustrated with the work performed by their contracted vendor after we purchased our new Highlander on Memorial day. When we were upset with our bad luck with our new car, Mr. Masiello’s warm words “I will make you happy” was so impressive to us. These words we have heard many many times in our life, but yesterday, his words really warmed our hearts. He kindly and patiently listened to us and believed us. He also kindly and patiently laid out his plan and options to solve the problem. Without any arguments and debates, we felt that we were well respected and fairly treated. In less than 30 minutes, he kept his word to make the customer happy. We reached a deal that was 100% satisfactory. We were so happy with his generous decision, and we were very grateful to him and Earnhardt. We also appreciated the service from his Service department team. We would like thank James Vento, Parts and Service director, he handled our problem properly and professionally, he is not only a good man but also a good business man. We also would like to thank April Jacob, Internet Sales Director, and Jack Shen, eCommerce Sales Manager, they provided us the best service when we purchased our car. Especially Mr. Shen, he is a very knowledgeable and experienced sales manager, he really understands customer needs. With their help, we made a deal to buy the new Highlander car that was exactly what we needed in less than 30 minutes. Also, the deal was the best when compared to the other dealership’s offers that we obtained that week. I have already shared my story about Earnhardt Toyota Scion with friends and colleagues, and they all said that they would like to buy car from Earnhardt in the future. Furthermore, they will tell this story to their friends and friends. Earnhardt is the best. Thought I would share a review of my latest purchase experience At Earnhardt Toyota. This is our second vehicle purchase from Earnhardt Toyota, one new and one used. We went to the dealer and sat down to discuss what we were looking for and what our budget was, let’s face it if it’s not in the budget it won’t work. We went in this time looking at a used Camry and drove away with a new Camry once we found out it was a better deal with all of the incentives. The staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We were in and out of finance office where we received a fair offer for our trade and a great deal on the new one! My wife and I felt comfortable the entire time without any pressure or gimmicky tactics. In fact when we were done, cleaning out our trade in they pulled the new car around to a bay from the detail shop, and our sales person went over every detail of the car especially how to make use of all the new technology. I would not hesitate to send friends or family in to this dealership, and I would not hesitate to go back myself.

After an extensive Internet search, we made an appointment with Gregg at Earnhardt Toyota. He had the car ready and waiting for our test drive when we arrived. Somehow, I had picked the wrong color (red) during my Internet search, so he quickly found us another in white. Well, it turned out we liked the red even better except it had one thing we didn't want- cross rails on the roof rack. After not being able to find a red car without the cross rails, and knowing we were serious about buying, they were included at no charge. We got a little less than we wanted for our trade, but then, we didn't have to try to sell it ourselves - and we saved on sales tax. April, the Internet Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to have our questions answered. We had already arranged for financing through our bank, but Evan in the finance department was able to get us a shorter term plus 0% interest. Even though we lost the $750 cash back for the 0%, we are saving a lot in interest - and a whole year of payments. From walking in the door to driving off in our new RAV 4, our whole experience was very relaxed and straightforward. It was a pleasure doing business with the folks at Earnhardt. Bonus - end of the month sale came with a free grilled lunch.

I was looking for new Toyota Corolla 2015 S plus and after talking to many Toyota dealers I did not get an affordable deal. Then, I contacted Earnhardt Toyota Scion online and their internet Sales Manager Subby gave me an excellent quote which was a few thousand dollars lower than the other Toyota dealers. Subby is great Manager and honored our deal on arrival. Even I got free window tinting. I also loved that they wash my car while they tinted my car and provided me free loaner car for my convenience (that is free too!!!!) during my wait time. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, honest, professional group of people and their prime goal is customer satisfaction!!!!! Do visit Earnhardt Toyota Scion and ask for Subby. I am sure you he will give you the best deal possible......

From Robert to Jim and Misho, the whole team worked together and offered us full invoice price with no strings and/or gimmick. They even offered us a bit more for our trade-in, which sweeten the deal.

The guys at Earnhardt Toyota were wonderful. They were the only dealer that would go as low on the price as I wanted to pay. I did all my negotiating on-line with Jacob C and he was very polite via e-mail and phone. He assured me when I got there he would have his co-worker Robert M take care of me since he was not able to be there. Robert was great and made me feel very comfortable. There was no haggling on the price we decided and he took the extra time to go over all of my vehicle's awesome features. The sales manager Joe M seemed very nice and the finance guy, Boomer, was also nice. They do try to get you to buy the extended warranty back in finance but nothing too pushy. They gave me a better rate than my local bank and had everything said and done within 3-4 hours, not a bad time frame considering it's a dealer! By the way, I drove all the way from San Diego because no one her nor there would beat their price! Go see Robert M and Jacob C (internet sales) at Earnhardt Toyota, they really were wonderful.

After I wrote an unfavorable review, the Sales Manager (very nice guy) called me to apologize and asked if there is anything he could do for me. My dog had just jumped on my car and scratched my car, I was so mad. He fixed it for me for free and I thought that was awesome. A dealership that is willing to do this for a customer means alot and I thank them for helping me.

I originally went in to Earnhardt to trade my Venza in for another Venza, but ended up buying an FRS. The main reason why is because of a wonderful young man named Tony. At first, I didn't even want to drive the FRS because I wanted to drive it with my husband and really wanted my husband to meet Tony. Tony was really attentive and brought down both an automatic and manual transmission for us to test drive. He explained every feature and honestly didn't even try selling us the car. He took his time and answered our questions and really got to know us first and what our needs were. We've never experienced anything like that before, especially at a car dealership. Our original plan was to test drive the car at Hatch Toyota because we live in Globe, but Tony made us so comfortable we decided there was no way we would buy from anyone else but Tony! My husband even told me "I really like that young man, you buy a car from Tony. I will never buy another car from anyone else but Tony." The best thing that happened in this whole experience was on my ride home. I'm not the youngest but I'm not the oldest in age either, but I certainly know a genuine person when I see one. When Tony called me to make sure I was ok on my way home, that truly showed me that he cared. I told him the next day when he called that I would adopt him if I could! What an honest, caring young man. I will send all of my family and friends to Tony, he definately earned my business!

My wife and I were very pleased with the time our sales representative, Robert M, took to go through all the questions we had regarding the Toyota Highlander we were shopping around for. We were able to look through all the inventory they had on hand for that vehicle, drive them, and make a good decision regarding exactly what we wanted thanks to Robert's patience. We had a number in mind when we began shopping around and both Robert and the finance rep. helped us to find better financing then our own bank was able to offer. Great service and an overall wonderful outcome.

I went into Earnhardt Toyota last night to sign some paperwork and as I was leaving it started to rain. When I turned my wipers on in my car, I noticed that my drivers side wiper wasn't working. I got out and tried to fix it myself but Tony and Nate approached me and told me to get out of the rain and into my car and that they'd fix it for me. They pulled off the wiper and went inside and within 5 minutes came back with a new wiper for me. Tony said the wiper was broken and he even replaced it for me free of charge. I offered to pay but they said not to worry and they took care of it. That really impressed me! They didn't have to do that. Tony and Nate were both so nice and went out of their way to help me, even in the rain! Now that's customer service!

Jeff C. was top notch from the time I contacted him to the actual test drive, plus Earnhardt Toyota gave me a great deal on my 2007 X-Runner. This is the third vehicle I have bought from Earnhardt Toyota. As usual they exceeded my expectations. The process was fairly painless, a member of the management team, Eddie made sure that was the case. I have dealt with him on all three purchases and trust him totally. The experience in finance was also awesome, Tom did a great job addressing my needs and presenting options. The first salesperson I dealt with was Joseph. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to help me find the exact vehicle I wanted and made the process very smooth. When I came back two days later to complete the deal unfortunately he was out sick. Luckily Eddie was there to help out and get another salesperson, Sal to help with the rest of the process. I was amazed at the help and service I received from Sal. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond in helping me with a matter. He actually came to my work place the day after I purchased the vehicle and took care of a couple minor items that were not that big of a deal to me but were important to him. While going over my vehicle with a white glove, he discovered two small scratches I had overlooked. He insisted on taking it back to the dealership and getting the problem corrected. He then brought it back to me looking perfect. Thank you guys I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I can.

I recently came in and purchased a Camry Hybrid and couldn't be happier about my overall experience at this dealership. Tony C. and Eddie were very friendly and made me comfortable in knowing that I would be taken care of. They were very knowledgeable about the Camry Hybrid and made this car buying experience stress free. When I purchased the car, it was in the evening, so I was going to need to bring the car back in to get tinted. They made it so convenient for me to do that by setting up the appointment for me to ensure that I got that done as soon as possible. Buying a car can be stressful and at Earnhardt Toyota, it was everything but that! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free and friendly experience.
