San Tan Ford - very pleased

I have never had a car purchase as pleasant and as seamless as this one. The car I replaced was a 2011 Escape and I loved it. However, I have never loved a car as much as I love this one! Although San Tan isn't the closest Ford dealership, I will return to have my vehicle service because of the excellent way I was treated.

Horrible Service Experience Today :(

Would not recommend the Service Department at San Tan Ford. Came in today to get some warranty work done and was charged $99.95 for NOTHING! Service person Eric told us that he would check on our warranty status and get back to us and evidently that costs $99. San Tan Ford lived up to all of the horrible car lot stereotypes today. So very disappointed.

New Car

Harry (sales person) was great - what wasn't so great was the finance part of the deal. It was towards the end of the night so I felt the deal was rushed in order to get everything completed on time - I didn't feel that MY best interest was taken into consideration. My interest rate doubled from the last time I purchased a car - the finance person said that interest rates had gone up in the last couple of years and even people with credit score of 800 were paying higher interest rates.

Great Experience

I went to San Tan to explore the replacement of my 2014 Focus with a 2017 model. I wanted a deal that would be good price, cover outstanding loan of old car, minimum money out of hand and lower monthly payments. I asked a lot but San Tan delivered. I am very pleased with my new 2017 Focus, definitely a step up from the 2014 model. Jayme Clarke, Abraham Fall and Robert Pence made the whole purchase process easy and enjoyable.

air blower motor fix

Air conditioning blower motor was acting up. Even though they were overbooked they got my vehicle in the next day and repaired it so we could take the vehicle on vacation.

San Tan satisfaction

I have worked with Robert Pence on all my service calls. Robert is ALWAYS professional, yet personable. He is thorough in his handling of my problems and keeps me posted as to status of the work being done. Work done to my vehicle has always been done the first time and done right. With my busy schedule, I don't have the luxury to return a vehicle to correct an incomplete service. I have noted that upon return of my vehicle it's clean and free of shop grease, oils etc. Occasionally, it gets a courtesy wash which is always nice. The payment desk ladies are always nice as well. Their smiles, while paying the bill, helps ease the pain of a high bill :)

San Tan Ford Truck purchase review

Overall, I would say that the purchase of my F-150 SuperCrew went pretty well. The paperwork part of doing a deal is still way to long and duplicitous. I did have an issue come up after the purchase that seemed to throw the sales person that I dealt with. However, he made sure that the next level of customer service was made known to me to resolve the problem. The person I was referred to was Ann Pierce. She was fantastic!!!! I can't say enough nice things about her approach to solve my issue. My post purchase issue was handled professionally, cordially and thoroughly..............without hassle. That made for good customer service.

2014 Ford Focus

I was disappointed with the service I received from the service department when I brought my 2014 Ford Focus in to have the transmission module looked at for the 4th time. It was also in for an oil change. The appointment was made over the phone and when they told me it would be at least 48 hours for the transmission work, I told them I would need a rental. When I dropped off my car for the service I was told there were no rentals left for the day and that I would need to have someone come get me or they could shuttle me if I lived within 10 miles of the dealership. The woman that checked my car in stated that my service advisor would call me the next day and let me know about a rental and the status of my car repairs. The next day I waited for a call and received none, I tried to call my service advisor at noon only to receive his voicemail and received no call back. I then called again as I was leaving work and they started to put me through to his voicemail again and I told them that I was not going to leave another message since I had not received a call back from the first time, that's when I found out that the service advisor that had been assigned to me was out sick that day and that Jake was handling my car, she then stated that Jake was on the phone with a customer and that he would call me back in a few minutes. I waited an hour and then called back to speak with Jake, once on the phone he only reassured me that there was a rental available for me and that I could pick it up before they closed at 8. I did pick up the rental and the employees at the rental desk were very pleasant and helpful. The next day I did finally receive a call from Jake around 3 stating that my car was ready and that I could pick it up after 5, I did pick up my car and the people that helped me were very helpful. This experience did not leave me a good feeling for San Tan Ford's service department which is not to say that I'm already having second thoughts about my Focus sine this is a defect that I have had to bring my car back in for 4 times already.
