Very Patient

They went above and beyond to get exactly the features I was looking for in the right colors. It was so hot that day but even in his work clothes the salesman happily let me have that last test drive.

If you want a deal, DON'T buy a Mazda here!!

Rude, rude financial team at Berge! You will get a MUCH better deal at other dealerships, too. We had decided on a Mazda as our first SUV purchase. We did our research online on Edmunds and had visited other dealerships and knew what the going price for the vehicle should be. Shane, the sales guy, was great to us during a previous visit to Berge, so we decided to go back to their dealership because of him. When we got inside to begin the purchasing process, we were highly disappointed in the "financial guys" that insulted us with their car prices (stating that they wanted FULL MSRP!) Shane, the salesman, was apparently caught in the middle of their game, and was professional throughout the process. Long story short, the visit ended by several UNPROFESSIONAL comments by the Berge team, particulary TRACY, as he later raised his voice to us, the CUSTOMER, before we and the other customers in the store left. So to all of you shopping for a Mazda, go ELSEWHERE in the valley. We have purchased a great Mazda elsewhere, and bought it for $5000 less than they were offering (which is what we should have paid), So I hope that TRACY, the very short-fused financial team member, will see that his tactics and unprofessional behavior will get him no where in the customer SERVICE and sales industry.
