I shopped around the Phoenix Valley because I knew my existing lease was over miles and had a good amount of negative equity. Bottom line, I fought/haggled/argued about price at other dealerships - took the price I received from Cardinaleway Peoria and Wayne and Manny beat their price by about $15/month - a significant amount. There was no bartering, they were there to treat me the best they could and beat their competition. They did both. Happy with my purchase and will be going back to them for my next lease.

I was a lifetime GM owner, but the design of the Mazda got me into Berge Mazda. I went in set to buy a Mazda 3, because of all the glowing reports in the auto magazines. Then the salesman took me to a pearl white Mazda 6! That was the one. Working the numbers with them was as relaxed as you could get. In no time at all I was ready to head down the highway. I was looking to get out of my Mazda RX8 and went to another local Mazda dealership that was not able to put a deal together for me. So I decided to give Berge a try. I had a tricky situation with my credit and amount owed on the RX8..... they were fantastic! They refused to stop trying until they were able to put together a deal that fit in the parameters I gave them...... they were extremely knowlegeable, courteous, intelligent and wanted me to be happy with every aspect of the experience. They managed to put together a GREAT deal for me, and I drove off in a new 2015 CX5...not only is the SUV beautiful and top rated... but my experience at the dealership was beautiful too!

I am very pleased with our car-buying experience with Berge Mazda. We were looking for a used car and they had several on the lot to choose from. However, there was another car at a different lot we wanted to try before buying. Their salesperson went above and beyond for our trade-in and earned our business. The manager was very pleasant & reasonable and the finance liaison was great to work with - all very friendly, easy going, and efficient. I was really impressed with this dealer and happy we bought our car there - we got a great used car for a really good price.

I will like to express my sincere appreciation for the highly professional and friendly manner I experience during my visit to Berge Mazda to lease a new Mazda 3. My Sales Man, the Sales Mgr., the Finance Mgr. all treated me with the upmost of respect and appreciation for my business. In addition, the receptionist was equally genuine, friendly and professional. A terrific dealership and must tell you that the progress which the Mazda 3 has made in the past several years verges on trending with the BMW 3 series. Listen to how the door sounds when you close it and that's your first clue. The ride is much improved and the road noise reduced substantially. The dealership and Mazda deserves gold stars for the manner in which they represented themselves.

I called and was helped by Aaron. I wanted the Mazda6 I saw on their website and asked him to let me know if that stock # was still available. I walked in he had the car ready for a test drive. I asked for a real monthly price including taxes and any fees and I told him if I did not get ANY runaround and got that price that we had a deal. We went through the paperwork and I drove out without any hassle paying exactly what he promised. This is the way car buying should be. I HIGHLY recommend Berge Mazda.

Bought a Mazda Miata. The sales staff I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I bought. Finance was very helpful and went out of the way to make sure the car was received to my satisfaction. The entire experience was very pleasant, and everyone I saw was friendly. I went to this dealership and I couldn't have been happier I went there after going to several dealers after finding the car I had to have with help from sales rep we were able to start the process of purchasing I couldn’t have been more pleased with the manager he was very hands on and thanks to him I was able to leave with my favorite car a 2015 Mazda3 i Sport!! I would defiantly recommend this dealer they have great customer service and they are the real deal they do NOT try to rip you off like some other places I had gone to right before I ended up at their dealership!! I had a great experience when my husband and I walked into the dealership while our car was in the shop not knowing if we were going to have a car. A sales rep approached us and was very kind and up front about everything, he was not like your typical car salesman as you could see he took pride in his work. We ended up with a trade in and drove off with an Autumn-Bronze 6 (her name is Hazel - lol). Customer service skills are very impressive. With me being in the customer service industry as well everyone did an outstanding job!

Worst dealership I've ever been to! I purchased a 2006 Chevy Silverado listed on their website for $9,995. I had the truck for 3 days and i got a call saying i couldn't get financed, so i talked to a friend that is in the auto financing field. He looked up the value of the truck and it is listed at retail for $7,024 i was a little mad and i thought i would go to Berge to talk to them. I talked to David in finance and he acted like he didn't know anything i was talking about and didn't want to help me. David sent me to James the sales manager, i told him that they over charged me and i wanted it to be fixed or i want my trade back and they can have their truck. James told me they didn't rip me off it was listed for $9,995 and that's what i bought it for. I told him its Kelly Blue Book value was $7,024 so he needs to fix what they charged me for. He could care less about me and told me I was stupid for purchasing the truck for more then the value and he can sell a truck for whatever he wants. He was laughing like it didn't even mean anything to me. I got my car back and they took the truck but i just want everyone to know where not to buy from and to let everyone know DON'T BUY FROM THE BERGE FAMILY!!!

Holy cow! We came from Dallas to help our daughter (post-college) buy a new-to-her car, and had a great experience at Berge. We were in a big hurry to get things rolling before the daughter had to get to work, so just laid it all out for Jeremiah, the sales guy. We need: basic transportation, reliable, good gas mileage, low maintenance, and a good combination of mileage/age and price. Narrowed it down to the Mazda 2 and got the ball rolling on our purchase within 45 minutes. Payment ended up being less than we asked for, even though the down-payment was less than they asked for.We were not prepared with titles (trading a car and a motorcycle), but did everything else possible. We went back after daughter got off work (8pm), and ended up keeping those people until 10:45 doing all the paperwork! I felt bad for keeping them so late, but they were great about it. (We were sharing cat videos while the paperwork was being drawn up). They explained things so my daughter understood what was going on, and they will even come to her apartment tomorrow to pick up the motorcycle and titles! After work tomorrow (again, 8pm), we will go back one last time to pick up the keys. Just in time for an upcoming road trip. I should add that the daughter is moving out-of-state in a few weeks, and the dealer is arranging to have Texas tags for her car, instead of the Arizona ones which would be immediately useless. That was awesome and unexpected. Very good experience, and although I personally am a Camry person, I will consider a Mazda next time. I would recommend this dealership to my friends in the Phoenix area, and I can't say enough good about our salesman and the staff at Berge.

Our salesman was great. We’ve gone to other dealerships and felt they were to pushy and just wanted the sales. Carlos was attentive and asked for what we wanted (finance, color, ext) He and his team did every thing in their power to find a car at the price we wanted.., without being pushy.
