I had an excellent experience with Jones Ford service department. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time and was met by one of the service department employees. She was very nice and checked me in. Said that it would take approximately one hour to complete my service. I waited in their waiting room, and one hour later she came in and informed me that my vehicle was ready, explained what was done and took me to the cashier and I was done.

JONES FORD IS THE BEST

MY vehicle broke down outside Jones Ford's jurisdiction with Ford Roadside Service. The dealership I was towed to treated me so bad that I called Jones Ford and had them make arrangements to go get my vehicle. 3 hours later it was at Jones Ford and I knew I was going to be treated with respect but more importantly my vehicle would be diagnosed correctly. I can not thank them enough for all of the help they gave me throughout that stressful situation,

Poor service

When I made appt to get oil change and filter I was told tire rotation discount would be 10 dollars.took vehicle in for the oil change and tire rotation. was told no they would not do tire rotation for 10 dollars. they need to get together on their pricing. I will find another dealer in the future even though I purchased the pickup at this Jones dealer.
